In search of the new NV 200 for my business I called Suburban Nissan to see if there was one available to see. I spoke with Kevin who answered all of my questions and then invited me out to see the van. Suburban Nissan to see if there was one available to see. I spoke with Kevin who answered all of my questions and then invited me out to see the van. When I saw the van I was hooked. Kevin was so knowledgeable about all of the features of a vehicle that had just come out. He even located me the exact vehicle I was looking for. In terms of meeting my needs and getting everything I wanted the experience was much better than I could have ever expected. I highly recommend Kevin if you need a vehicle. More
I was interested in buying an Altima and went to Suburban NIssan to buy one. When i went in i saw a DEMO vehicle for sale and decided to get it, there were some negotiations done with the sales manager in th NIssan to buy one. When i went in i saw a DEMO vehicle for sale and decided to get it, there were some negotiations done with the sales manager in the dealership. They were nice and even offered me to take the car home for the evening to show it to my wife. i considered that a real good gesture, later that evening I came back to the dealership and met with them again to discuss the numbers for the final pricing. At that time the manager went back on what she said earlier in the negotiations. She actually told me that she didn't want to sell me the demo. i was ok with that as negotiations can fall thru. I then talked to the sales guy about a new vehicle, at that point the Sales manager walked in and handed me the keys to my vehicle (which i left with them as i was going to take the demo home) and told me that she didn't want to sell me a new car either. i was really surprised, as to the rude behavior of that manager. the sales person was a fantastic guy ( i think he needs to be made a manager instead of the current one). the sales guy apologized on the managers behalf and told me that he would work with me to sell me a new car. i know Nissan's statement is that "customer comes first" but the sales manager was completely opposite based on a behavior. i really think that the dealer owner needs to look into this behavior. i cant believe it that a customer is asked to leave the dealership even though he wants to buy a new car. i was really taken aback on this behavior and will even be complaining about this to the top management at Nissan in charge of all dealerships so no one else faces such bad behavior. i ended up buying a new vehicle with another nissan dealer in the area called "TAMAROFF", and the service was extraordinary, ZERO issues. I would recommend that customers go there and not "SUBURBAN NISSAN" and if they do go there they need to make sure that the sales manager is not involved. More

The salesperson who I tried to work with at this dealership is an example of all the reasons why many women don't enjoy the car buying process. He was much more interested in helping the man who wal dealership is an example of all the reasons why many women don't enjoy the car buying process. He was much more interested in helping the man who walked in behind me. When I asked to see an Altima Coupe, he told me the only one they had on the lot was a 2011 service loaner and it was out. He said he'd let me know when I could come back and see it. And when I asked if he could check and see if any other dealers in the area had any in stock, he told me the closest one was 140 miles away. And when he couldn't look up and make eye contact with me -- maybe because he was walking towards the man behind me -- I knew he was lying. I walked outside and the first thing I saw was a 2012 Altima Coupe on their pre-owned lot. He was too lazy or pre-occupied to even look at their stock. Or maybe he didn't want me to consider pre-owned. To makes matters worse, I called Tamaroff and asked them if they had any Altima Coupes on their lot and as it turns out, they have two brand new ones at this very moment. This sales person just lost your dealership a customer. More
Purchased a Certified Car from this Dealership, very rude customer service. paper work is not processed properly.. They collected documentation fee,tax/registartion and personalized plate fee. But they did customer service. paper work is not processed properly.. They collected documentation fee,tax/registartion and personalized plate fee. But they didn't process my personalized plate instead refused saying the plate is not available. I called Michigan Secretary office and the Secretary office informed plate is availble.....but Suburban Nissan dealership insists that personalized plate is not available. poor service by Suburban Nissan. I have to go to Secretary of state office and get the paper work done my self. More
We were interested in a CX-5 and went in for a test drive to this dealership - with an open mind about which vehicle we would eventually buy.Since we loved the vehicle instantly, there was not much of sellin to this dealership - with an open mind about which vehicle we would eventually buy.Since we loved the vehicle instantly, there was not much of selling required on Andrew's part !! .... But he did make us aware of the subtle yet useful design features which got us totally sold on this model. He suggested but never pushed us hard for upgrades that we didn't want ! Mark (the Manager) & Andrew worked out a fair price & quickly arranged for the specific color vehicle (not in their inventory) to reach us the next day.Their communication was quick & effective and we felt reassured about going with them for this purchase.later when i went in to pick up the plates, Andrew added a personal touch when he sent in my vehicle for a wash and topped off the gas - a small gesture but went a long way with us ! Thanks guys More
Andrew Small was great salesperson. I could not have been happier with him. When I entered the dealership he was very cordial and very helpful with all my questions. He was even more helpful getting me the happier with him. When I entered the dealership he was very cordial and very helpful with all my questions. He was even more helpful getting me the the deal I wanted on my 2012 Mazda 3. This is my 4th Mazda that I have bought through Suburban and I couldn't even begin to tell you who my past salespeople were. Andrew left that much of a positive impression on me. The other dealership staff was helpful also which is why we returned (Patrick in credit?). Believe me....I'm not an easy sell as a customer. They were very prompt on getting my paperwork done and getting me out the door in a timely manner. I will continue to do business with Suburban Mazda of Farmington Hills because of all these friendly and helpful reasons. You have a great staff at this location. Thanks for another great experience. My girlfriend & I were in the market for a good used car. After doing some Internet research I found a car that Suburban had. We went in, and were promptly greeted by Brian, who was more than willing car. After doing some Internet research I found a car that Suburban had. All in all, both Brian and the manager, Mark, made our experience fantastic!!! More

I purchased new Nissan Altima from Suburban Nissan of Farmington. My experince was worst ever. First they messed up all paper work. They sold me car with paper work from different vehicle, but was late Farmington. My experince was worst ever. First they messed up all paper work. They sold me car with paper work from different vehicle, but was late in the evening so I give them benefit of the doubt that every one was tired after long day. The car I bought had problem with flat spots on all the tires they don't rotate their cars as they should. Be very careful to by anything from this dealer they are nice to get your money. Bumper to bumper guarantee does not mean nothing at Suburban Nisssan. If you must purchase anything from them do your self a favor and check everything very well, do extensive road test before you buy. Their service departament is the worst I ever seen. I will never buy anything ever again from any Suburban Dealers. STAY AWAY!!!!! More
