Suburban Nissan I had a wonderful car buying experience with both Lydia Reed and Bryant Thomas a Nissan. I would highly recommend speaking with Lydia and Bryant when you want to buy a new car. Then, I met Daniel, "The Voice of Doom." Daniel was in charge of financing, and he kept me prisoner at his desk while he tried to get me to buy all of the extra coverage offered by the dealer. He made the Comcast guy look like a soft sell. The more I told him no, the angrier he became, at times even being disrespectful. After about an hour, he finally accepted my answer and I was able to leave his desk and go back to the nice guy, Bryant Thomas. More

great experience fast, no nonsense service i saw a used jeep online and went to check it out. looked in great shape and asked if i could take it to my mechanic. was told "no problem" and they g i saw a used jeep online and went to check it out. looked in great shape and asked if i could take it to my mechanic. was told "no problem" and they gave me the keys. i took it to highland tire and auto repair, who also have a great reputation for honesty and great customer service. Don, the owner, and his top mechanic BOTH checked vehicle and both said it was a great car, buy it! took it back and went forth with purchase. later,the sales person discovered a glitch with sunroof, called me and said they were going to fix it before they let me take it. they ended up having to put a new motor for sun roof, with no extra charge to me. they could have let me take the vehicle, since i basically already purchased it, without telling me about sun roof. that's integrity and great service. the sales manager, Mark, was super nice too. you don't find used car dealers that go the extra mile like they did. there's a lot of dealerships much closer to my home, but i would go back to them next time. More

Great service! I had a problem with the car I just purchased, and after calling the dealership Brian told me to bring it in and they'd take care of it. Shane had a particularly "different" experience as far as providing customer service to me in my car purchase. I was out of town on government travel and had to handle almost everything over the ph as far as providing customer service to me in my car purchase. I was out of town on government travel and had to handle almost everything over the phone. Shane was very courtious and always responded to my emails in a timely manor. He was patient when my auto insurance took FOREVER to get my paper work over and when I arrived at the car dealership Shane had all of my final purchase paper work ready. I also had an EXCELLENT finance manager assist me named Dave who got me an unbelieveable interest rate. Even when there was a slight hiccup in the process Dave and Shane quickly rectified the matter and made things right (Not every sale can be perfect). I love my new vechicle and plan on returning to Suburban with in a year to purchase a another vechicle for my wife. I plan on dealing with Shane again in this endevor. More
