From the first moment What actually brought me to Suburban Nissan was another Salesman from a different dealership altogether! He secretly told me to check out Suburban’s used cars. That was my first tip that Suburban was a great place to do business. I know Im not going to spell my salesman’s name correctly. A big friendly teddy bear, Jarrell Hogan, I believe...Wonderful guy......so easy going and kind, always laughing at my silly jokes.....then Mike the Manager who approved EVERYthing I asked for with the car. He was cool, friendly AND most importantly, he made himself available! I mean Mike is a busy guy but when I went to his door, he’d always stop what he was doing. Another shout out to the young financial man Brian who put all the paperwork together AND got me a 3.84 interest rate. How he did that Ill never know. The guys in the back were VERY friendly as they detailed my new car and even the Detailer from an outside company (Bill?) was extremely helpful in showing me how to get cigarette smoke out of a different car of mine. Altogether I had an enjoyable experience at Suburban Nissan of Farmington Hills and highly recommend shopping there for your next vehicle (and NO! I am NOT related to anyone there. It was the first time I had ever stepped foot in the place. More

Shaun took the time to show me both new and pre-owned vehicles, I was not quite sure if I would purchase either. Shaun was patient and i never at any time felt pressured in any way. He answered each question thoroughly. I am also grateful for the time the Mostapha Farris took with me. He too was very thorough and took the time to explain a number of issues that I had. Again I never once got the feeling that I was pressured. He was simply helpful. Scotte Spencer was also very helpful. I forgot to remove two items from my old car and Scotte was kind enough to have those for me when I returned to the dealership. More
