He had a very calming, no pressure approach yet when it came to what we wanted/needed he was aggressive and effective. While we don't live in the area, we will certainly keep this Dealership and Blake in mind for our next vehicle purchase. They were worth the drive. More
Good Unrushed Experience, Good Deal, Professionalism I was coming off of a subpar customer service experience at another dealer when I came in to this dealership. I had been at the early stages of my res I was coming off of a subpar customer service experience at another dealer when I came in to this dealership. I had been at the early stages of my research in determining a few cars to consider purchasing and had just come from a Toyota dealer which went from engaged to entirely disinterested as soon as I mentioned I was not going to be making a purchase that very day. My experience at Suburban Nissan of Farmington Hills was a complete 180 by comparison. I worked with a genuine, patient and professional salesman, Blake Murley. All in, Blake must have spent 8-10 hours over the course of 3 visits to answer all my questions, provide complete transparency and access to all the vehicles I was interested in and was agile and responsive over the phone, proactively making contact when a new vehicle he knew I'd be interested in came into the possession of the dealership. I tend to be a very analytical and thoughtful purchaser (hence the 3 visits), and Blake was cognizant and supportive of my process. As a result, he quickly built a rapport with me and I was committed to making a deal with Blake if the financials of the deal were fair. Long story short, they were. I felt I pushed the deal fairly close to their bottom line (certainly by every metric of research and information I was able to dig up on the internet on the car in question) and we both parted satisfied (we were only a few hundred dollars off from where I wanted to be). Mike Rogers, a manager at the dealership is definitely cut from a different cloth. He's a business man through and though and a very straight shooter, which I appreciated. If you are not prepared however, he may come off as curt or aggressive, but that's partly your fault. It's the age of technology, you should know how much a car costs before you ever step into the dealership. He came in once or twice during the process to give the "bottom line" on certain cars/deals. Definitely do your research and due diligence because he's not a time waster and you want to have a good idea if you're in the ballpark of where you want your deal to end up at by the time he gets involved. I got low balled on the price of my trade in, which I was expecting (and you should too), but was able to negotiate it up without fuss. You should know what the trade in value of your vehicle is before entering the dealership as well. Mike Rogers gets 4 stars just because I spent but a few moments with him after all was said and done. More

Audi Q5 Purchase I had identified the car online, went for a drive and had a couple things I wanted done to the car. They fixed the issue and did brakes as well. Great car buying experience! Stopped in to see a car I'd spotted online. That one had sold earlier in the day, but Chris asked if he could see if he there was something else in their inventory that would work for me. We quickly found a used vehicle that met my needs (AWD sedan, heated seats, moon roof, low mileage and under $20,000). He came with us on our test drive (we'd driven 3 other cars previously that day, and this was the first time someone came with us on our drive) and pointed out some features before we took off and once we were on the road. He got me into the car I wanted under budget. I can't say enough great things about him! More
