Both my husband and I purchased our Nissan Rogues at this dealership. For the most part, the service has always been on point until today. I scheduled an appointment for my oil change and tire rotation las dealership. For the most part, the service has always been on point until today. I scheduled an appointment for my oil change and tire rotation last week for 4:30 p.m. I arrived on time. There were two gentlemen in front of me. One was a walk-in whom the rep (Kyle Turmon) decided to service the walk-in before me. When I explained that I had an appointment he said "I don't care. I'm not taking you first because you have an appointment." I asked "then why did I need an appointment?" He said if you don't like it take your care somewhere else.
