Awful Service "Awful service at the service dept" I had to way almost 2 week for next appt available today 7-21 I cant wait what they going to say in regardin "Awful service at the service dept" I had to way almost 2 week for next appt available today 7-21 I cant wait what they going to say in regarding my vibration problem with my 5 months tires that I purchase there I have 3 times rotation balancing and alignment and my cx5 2015 still the same problem and when I go on 60 up to 80 my front end vibrate really bad that's roadforce balancing ( bad tires )They better to replace my tires !!! And when there to the dealer they told that was normal because we got bad roads in Michigan...... I took m59 everyday to crooks and the road is in good conditions....... My cx-5 started with that problem when i got my tires from there. Even they lie because when I purchase the tires they told me we did a tires rotation and balancing they never did it !!! My car was worse !!!! I won't never lease again with Mazda ever again !!! I can't wait to done with my lease or deal with suburban collection again I would like to speak with Mr. David T Fischer the CEO thanks More
Mr Lange, I just wanted to say how great your people are at Suburban Mazda of Troy. I bought my 2012 MazdaSpeed3 from you guys and it was the best decision I made since marrying my wife ten years ago.She go at Suburban Mazda of Troy. I bought my 2012 MazdaSpeed3 from you guys and it was the best decision I made since marrying my wife ten years ago.She got me into Mazda with her 2007 Mazda CX-7. I was stunned when I came in for my 5000 mile service. With the coupons I received in the mail, it was cheaper than an oil change at those quick change shops. And when I brought my wife's CX-7 in for service, they showed me the same courtesy and professionalism even though her vehicle was not purchased at your dealership. I've told a couple of co-workers that they made a big mistake buying Fords last year and all I've heard from them about their vehicles, an Escape and Focus, is complaints. And the service they've received is sorely lacking. I spread the word about your outstanding dealership to whoever will listen and look forward to a long and lasting relationship keeping this Mazda family on the road. She has been my contact at Suburban Mazda for the past 18 months or so and has always provided the very best customer service advisor, Melanie K.. She has been my contact at Suburban Mazda for the past 18 months or so and has always provided the very best customer service. She is personable, knowledgeable, has taken the time to get to know me (and my beloved '6) and *always* goes above and beyond to ensure I am completely satisfied. Her considerable efforts to work around my hectic schedule are greatly appreciated. She has established a level of trust by being straightforward and honest in terms of the servicing of my vehicle. While she always makes the appropriate recommendations in terms of 'upselling', I never feel overly pressured or as if I'm being manipulated. This is a trait to be valued in your industry. I have shared with my friends and family my opinion that Suburban Mazda provides a level of engagement and customer service that rivals many of the luxury brands, and Melanie is an important part of that impression.
