From the time we walked into the dealership to check out the CX-5 Reeven was the perfect guide. We visited the dealership on a busy Saturday afternoon and test drove both a 2015 CX-5 and a 2016 CX-5. While we were on our test drive Reeven had our current vehicle appraised to see the trade in value. The value came in a touch higher than we were hoping, and we decided on the 2016 CX-5. Reeven and Nate the Sales Manager showed us payment options that were within our desired range. We filled out the loan paperwork, and agreed to finish everything else up via email on Monday. We finalized everything with Reeven via email on Monday, arrived at the dealership at 6:30PM, signed paperwork, Reeven explained all the features on the vehicle and we were on our way.
