Since research is at your fingertips online, you can walk in informed and with options. The difference comes down to interactions dealership staff. People make the difference...oh the horror stories I could tell you about purchasing cars over the years as a woman of color...they would make you cringe. But Steve and his colleagues at Suburban of Troy completely changed the game and were fantastic. This experience was amazing and honestly, a breath of fresh air, far surpassing the seven other dealerships I visited during the process. Steve was knowledgable, kind and transparent about the entire process. Even people who weren't working with directly me were engaging and helpful. Steve took the time to figure out how we could both walk away with a good deal. You all have a client for life. I will go back to Steve and the Suburban folks the minute I'm ready to buy again. Am also recommending this group to all my circles of friends and family. More

He was extremely friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable about the CX-5 I was purchasing. He was never pushy and always greeted me with a smile. I would highly recommend Joe to my friends and family (which I have already done :-). I am looking forward to working with the service department in keeping my Mazda in tip top shape. The previous dealership that I used in Canton, Michigan was a pleasure to deal with and I am sure Mazda of Troy will be the same. I am an extremely highly satisfied customer. I was very impressed with the service and attention I received with Mathew Miles at Mazda. I was greeted immediately when I walked through the door. He answered my questions and had the CX5 warmed up and received with Mathew Miles at Mazda. I was greeted immediately when I walked through the door. He answered my questions and had the CX5 warmed up and ready to test drive right away. I was on my lunch hour and he readily let me know that I would receive a discount through my employer with Mazda ( unbeknownst to me!) and also asked me what other cars I had at home. It turned out that because I had a similar vehicle from a competitor, I was entitled to a further discount. I had been to a total of 6 dealerships ( not all Mazda) and only had one other experience that even came close . I went back to Matthew two other times before sealing the deal and each time he had the car warmed up and ready for me. He answers all emails and calls promptly and went through a thorough review of the vehicle on purchase, including setting up my Bluetooth and Pandora connections. I loved the service, no-pressure and helpful attitude that I received from Mathew and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone in the market for a new car. Oh, I love my new CX5! I was formerly a Honda loyalist but the service, style and solid build of the new CX5 with all the amenities I needed - Bluetooth , Pandora and the moonroof and Bose speaker package, and competitive price won me over. Thanks to Mathew Miles and Mazda for a great new car experience!! More

I had been looking at new cars for awhile, and had a lot of interactions with various dealers and sales people. By far, Jane DeMulder was best in class! Jane has such a wonderful personality and was so he of interactions with various dealers and sales people. By far, Jane DeMulder was best in class! Jane has such a wonderful personality and was so helpful dealing with the ups and downs of purchasing a new vehicle. She is so honest and tries to do what is best for the customer. He positive personality is infectious. I will recommend her highly to anyone shopping for a new car. As far as my new Mazda, I love it! It is "fun to drive" as Mazda's advertising suggests, and the sound system is awesome. Driving to work is more fun now than it had been previously. Everyone at the dealership wanted to help out and make my purchasing experience a positive one. I think the car is well built and I expect a lot of years out of it.
