He thought it was hilarious that we didn't know anything about 'trim levels'. It felt like he thought he was wasting his time on us. So we just got up and left. But amongst all the pre-owned cars we'd checked online suburban had the best collection so I decided to give it another shot. This time I was helped by James Sirr who was very patient and helpful. He explained everything to me without trying to push us to buy the car. The purchase process was also very smooth and I didn't feel like I was forced to buy any extras like extended warranty etc. So if you're at Suburban Nissan of Troy ask for James Sirr. More

Good experience I had a good car buying experience last weekend. I was very happy with the customer service I received from Justin. He did a great job making me feel I had a good car buying experience last weekend. I was very happy with the customer service I received from Justin. He did a great job making me feel comfortable with the purchase of my "new" vehicle. Justin was very knowlegable and friendly. They were really busy that day, but he did a good job juggling everything on his plate. I think the only issue I had was when dealing with the actual purchase of the vehicle. I had to say no to purchasing gap coverage four times. It was incredibly uncomfortable, and I was about to walk out of the dealership without a car, because of it. Way too much pressure, and it made me feel like I was doing something wrong by saying no. Aside from that and the fact I was there for six hours (the longest I've ever had to wait to purchase a car), I was still very happy with my purchase. I smile every time I look at my "new" vehicle.
