Z is amazing! I stopped in at Suburban Mazda to get an oil change on my 2017 cx3. While sitting there my wife noticed a beautiful 2019 cx9. We looked at it for a wh I stopped in at Suburban Mazda to get an oil change on my 2017 cx3. While sitting there my wife noticed a beautiful 2019 cx9. We looked at it for a while and then we asked the young lady in the sales department if we could test drive one. We did and it was very nice. I wasn’t planning on getting a new vehicle, just in for an oil change for our car which only had 26.000 miles in it. The young ladies name was Z (short for Zahara). She was great. Very professional and not pushy at all. We left the dealership with her card. I called back 3 days later to see what would be needed if we were interested in buying the cx9. Z told me everything I needed and after abiut 15 emails back and forth (she responded to each very quickly by the wsy) O told her wd would take it. We picjed it up today and couldn’t be happier. I will go back to Z in the future and will also recommend her to anyone I know. More

Zack was very helpful When i stepped into Mazda showroom to take a look at the cars, i wasnt sure if i would lease out a mazda car. But Zack was very helpful in walking thr When i stepped into Mazda showroom to take a look at the cars, i wasnt sure if i would lease out a mazda car. But Zack was very helpful in walking through the features of the car and taking me on a test drive allowing me to understand the features myself and also worked with me patiently on getting me the price i was looking for to pay for the lease. Dishonest business practices Arrived at about 7am for repairs needed due to a recall. My first question to "advisor" Larry Debaker was whether they had the items needed to perform Arrived at about 7am for repairs needed due to a recall. My first question to "advisor" Larry Debaker was whether they had the items needed to perform the required repairs. He said yes and I agreed to the recall repairs along with routine maintenance. The estimated costs of the routine maintenance service was $440. The recall repairs were under warranty, therefore free. Four hours later, when I noticed that my vehicle was parked outside the bldg., Debaker admitted that Mazda chose to perform the services that they could bill for. He also admitted that Mazda could not perform the recall repairs because they didn't have the parts. I am deeply disturbed by the blatant dishonesty of this frachise. More

I kindly asked him to test drive my car because their bodyshop did poor quality of work Suburban Collision of Farmington Hills. Which was the reason I was their for their poor quality of work. I waited ended up waiting 3 hours only to be sent home and come back when the part arrived. I found the noise was coming from the poor quality of work and other missing parts! I asked Brian if it was safe to drive he said "yes" and trusted him. I later found out that it was a big safety issue driving my car after getting a second opinion. Driving a car that is unsafe causing a potential accident isn't worth it the risking my life. No one is accountable seems no a days. If can can steer one person away my review then it was well worth it. Nobody should have to deal with what I went through. I will not never step into the dealership again. More
Finally! A dealership where everyone is great! From the person who answers the phone, to my service manager to the guys who worked on my car, everyone has been a pleasure to interact with. I came here based on a recommendation from a Miata forum member and they were right, great service, folks are nice and seem to really care. I'm bringing all of my cars here now. More
