Alright, so this dealership has been amazing through and through. I had three days to find a vehicle after getting in a bad wreck and totalling my car. I found Suburban infinit of novi through cars.com and was specifically looking for a pickup truck in the medium to large size range. I located a 2008 dodge dakota, four door with 4wd and only 54k miles. I instantly contacted them and was given a response immediately. I had a wonderful experience with every staff member, especially jean joseph. I got to the dealership the next day and immediately was greeted by Jean before I even found a parking spot! I got into the dealership and handed over my License, and was given the keys immediately to test drive and inspect the truck. I had an overall wonderful experience. The only two problems I had were the following: They did not want to tell my why the check engine light was on, and just told me it was something with the powertrain. I work on vehicles very fluently on the side and scanned the truck to see what the issues were before I even asked about the light, they did not want me to know. all of the O2 censors were bad, there was a power steering issue and abs issue, the abs light was actually turned off to hide the light on the dash, but my computer showed me the issue and that it was cleared anyways without repair. There were some other minor issues, overall cost to repair was just short of 1000$, However theyd id a lot of front end work on the truck and had new tires and this was a cost I was happy to pay to repair the vehicle, and something I certainly expected from a 14 year old truck. The other issue I had was the warranty, I was told by the financial management member that I worked with that this warranty I could purchase for 5000$ would cover most issues like the engine, transmission, powertrain, etc. After agreeing and signing my contract, I read it later that night and for my vehicle it will not cover anything at all, the warranty states no repairs will be made for the vehicle unless the vehicle has a "random breakdown" and you are unable to operate the vehicle without mandatory repairs. The list of things the warranty does not cover was longer than the list of things it does cover, Ultimately my fault for not asking to read the warranty first before signing. Despite those two things, I am very happy with the vehicle I purchased and the staff members I spoke with. Everyone had swift responses and was very helpful. Within 3 days of contacting the dealership I was in my desired vehicle. That service is just not found now-a-days and we need more of these dealerships out there. -Ronnan McAdow More

Excellent straight forward sales, sat down with Devin on a bad weather night 1hr before closing.
