Hello, I hope that I am sending my comments to the correct department. I do not just want this to go to the service department, but to al managers and the owner or owners of Suburban Infiniti. I purchased my Infiniti from Les Stanford, I have always taken my car to Les Stanford for service due to the fact I purchased an extended warranty with the car. I was always under the impression that I had to take it Les Stanford for service. I never was satisfied with the response that I received from them except for when I go in for an oil change. I decided to bring my car to Suburban Infiniti and WOW! The light came on and I met Mr. Parker and your staff. I must say that I have never received this type of excellent service in my life. I am truly impressed with the professionalism that is present in your establishment. With the hard times that people are faced with, it is a blessing and also refreshing to know that you can go somewhere and experience the customer service that seems not to exist any longer. Charles was just great. Right as we pulled up to the dealership and were looking for the door, he pulled out with a great attitude saying "looking for Charles?" From the test drive to getting the numbers, Charles was optimistic all the way through. The day I got the vehicle was one of the best. I pulled up to the dealership and there it was: a beautiful, new, pearl white Infiniti G37x Sport Coupe. Wow was I impressed. When I walked into the dealership that day, I saw Charles with a big smile on his face, which also put a smile on mine. Then we met with Winston, who worked out the financing for the lease. Wow was he a great man, he gave me a deal on wheel and tire protection plus diamond fusion (which is totally awesome). When all the paperwork was over, Charles brought us outside and said "here she is, the brand new, 2011 Infiniti G37x Sport Coupe" which made me feel like I was on a game show in which then he started naming off all the features. He also did a very thorough walkthrough of the vehicle, which was very helpful. All in all, one of the best experiences I have had in leasing a vehicle, especially with the help of Charles and Winston. Thank you very much for the experience of a lifetime!! I live in Ohio and it was a long trip to the Novi dealership and the dealership was very busy that day so we had to wait a long time to complete our transaction. That being said I want to tell you that the G37x that I leased was worth the wait. I have driven it for six months now and I absolutely love it! It is the best car I have ever driven and I plan on either purchasing it when the lease it up or purchase another Infiniti. I will definately go back to see Vern Mitchell to make another deal. The G37x is a fabulous blend of class, sportiness and power. I feel special driving the G37 and it has that great sound of power when eccelerating. For the first time I truly enjoy driving a vehicle, prior to the G37 my vehicle was just to get me where I needed to go and I was driving a Lexus and before that a Buick. The staff was friendly, professional, extremely knowledgeable of every detail and every feature of the car I purchased. I even asked for a certain color leather interior and Paul Sugars went to another dealership to pick up exactly what I wanted even before I made my decision to purchase. Charles Biggs was my salesperson and he was phenomenal in answering all my questions (and my dad's questions since he was with me), he was patient and again, he and the whole staff went out of their way to get me in the car I wanted. I car shopped at different dealerships before deciding to go to Infiniti of Novi but I won't ever go anywhere else again to purchase a vehicle. I'm active duty military and live in Virginia but the trip will be worth it to get my next car. Winston Howard worked with me for the paperwork and sales portion and he was amazing. He was professional, courteous, proactive, had everything prepared ahead of time, explained everything I signed and had me out of there within an hour with my vehicle.
