When I got there (less than an hour later) they told me the car had been sold and the price for the vehicles thay had i vehicle I was interested in. I lived in Troy, Michigan, and Suburban Hyundai is the closest dealership. So I went there for my Sonata service in the past 4 years. For twice, the service provided to my vehicle leads to potential safet closest dealership. So I went there for my Sonata service in the past 4 years. For twice, the service provided to my vehicle leads to potential safety concerns. Now I completely give up, and I have to choose another dealership. I hope Hyundai or Suburgan Hyundai can treat seriously the issues with their service department in terms of quality of work. Significant quality control is needed for this dealership. They should also learn how to pay attention to details. I hope I can come back to this dealership when things become better, but with the current service management team I do not see how this happens because he does not know how to listen to his customers.
