I dread the whole car buying process. Ben quickly met me with a smile. He then thanked me for comming in to hisj dealership. Diondre was extremely helpful! He was very knowledgeable about the Hyundai Accent and helped me sync my phone as well as figure out all of the great functions the Accent has to offer! I came to get my routine oil change and check up on 9/8/11. The last time I was there to get a check up, the service rep told me I needed a Trans Service and Power steering service. I lost my job a 9/8/11. The last time I was there to get a check up, the service rep told me I needed a Trans Service and Power steering service. I lost my job a year ago this October and couldn't get it done and couldn't afford it and the service rep (Jeff Dwyer) said when I came in for my next oil change he would take around $70.00 off. When I brought my car in last Thursday the new rep (I believe his name is Chris)said their prices have raised since my last oil change and they could not take anything off as I had been told by Jeff who was no longer with the dealership. Chris brought in George and George said the same thing. I am now on Social Security and I could not afford to get this done and said just take care of the oil change and I would not be able to come back to the dealership anymore because I could not afford it and that my son who lives in Midland (I live in Troy) would help me to find someone in my neighborhood. I went to sit down and wait for my oil to be changed and George called me back in his office and said they would take care of everything. I did not pay one cent for the work. I was absolutely astounded and very, very thankful. I love my car, which is a 2004 I bought brand new in Nevada and moved to MI 6 years ago and it only has 46,000 miles on it and I take very good care of it. I thank everyone again at Hyundai, it was one of the nicest experiences that has ever happened to me. Thank you agin.... Caroline Michael More

Although I rarely write this sort of letter, I feel compelled to call to your attention the outstanding performance of Rick Szepytowski, who worked with me through the process. Rick earns top marks from me in all areas. He was knowledgeable, and wasn’t afraid to say he didn’t know when he didn’t. But then he went and found out. He was friendly and courteous to a fault. He made the purchase of the vehicle our mutual goal, and was willing to reason with me as we looked for the best way to accomplish it. He made buying the car a team effort, enlisting the help and support of the rest of your staff whenever necessary. He made me feel I was being take care of by experts, and that there wasn’t anything we couldn’t accomplish together. In addition to all of that, we made friends. seriously?
