This is the second time I have had the pleasure of working with Christine and she does not disappoint, neither does her team. She also remembered me from a previous visit which always makes me feel special. Who doesn't enjoy feeling special? I have worked with the public for over 20 years myself and it is a rare quality to balance sincerity with friendliness...Christine does that with ease and I will never hesitate to contact her with any future issues with my Hyundai. This is my second time visiting the dealership and working with Christine for service. She is phenomenal! I was expecting to receive a lift home during my second visit for my 30K mile maintenance bu working with Christine for service. She is phenomenal! I was expecting to receive a lift home during my second visit for my 30K mile maintenance but she gave me the WOW experience by allowing me to drive the Genesis while my car was being serviced. Very nice ride- had me wishing I had purchased one of those instead of my Sonata which I'm also happy with. Excellent attention, very professional and courteous, and superb humor. Every time I have any issues with my car, I just schedule an appointment online (no matter it's a last minute appointment), and still C superb humor. While visiting my daughter in Rochester Hills, MI I collided with a deer and damaged the radiator of my 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe Ltd. It was towed to Suburban Hyundai in Troy for repairs and Christine collided with a deer and damaged the radiator of my 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe Ltd. It was towed to Suburban Hyundai in Troy for repairs and Christine Wentzel handled my problem. Needless to say, being crippled 1,000 miles from home generated considerable stress and anxiety. Christine greeted me with her usual winning smile and her demeanor led me to believe that I was in good hands and would be back on the road quickly. I was provided with a rental car and about 10 days later I was back in business. I am now back home and the car is running cool and flawles. Christine deserves special commendation for easing my anxiety during the repair process. She backed up her claims and was on the phone often to appraise me of progress of the repairs. She was very reassuring in my moment of stress. How fortunate is Suburban to have her on their staff. I wish I lived in MI so I could bring me car to Suburban for service. Sincerely, Robert A. My overall experience at Suburban Hyundai was fantastic. I was very fortunate to have Diondre Doaks as my salesperson. Diondre was extremely knowledgeable on the Sonata model I was interested in. During the test drive, he described the features of the vehicle in a methodical way that was easy to remember. During the negotiation process, he was very professional and I walked away feeling that I purchased a Hyundai Limited Sonata at a fair price - with all of the accessories that I wanted. I requested a specific exterior and interior color and Diondre assured me he could get the vehicle - he immediately located two vehicles and called them on the spot. Within a short time, Diondre called me to let me know that the vehicle I wanted had arrived, delivering on his promise. It is now 4 weeks after purchasing my vehicle, and Diondre is still following up with me to make sure I am satisfied. This is the salesperson that you want: professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable, delivers on what he promises, cares about his customers and always gets back to you in a timely manner for any questions or requests that you have.
