First of all, Chris Zeppa was Very unfriendly. We had come to your location yesterday, and put a $200 deposit on a 2011 Chevy Cruze. From the first moment, I had a bad taste in my mouth about our salesma come to your location yesterday, and put a $200 deposit on a 2011 Chevy Cruze. From the first moment, I had a bad taste in my mouth about our salesman. He showed us the car, and we noticed that he couldnt get the remote start to work. He stated he would look into it, and also we asked for the car to be detailed. Also, there was only 1 key for the car. We asked if there was another car key, and he stated it was in the business office, and he will get it. So, today we decided to come and take delivery of the car. My significant other had called and spoke with Chris, and asked him to detail it and we would be there about 5pm. We walk in, and Chris had his foot up on his desk, and was on his cell phone. After about a minute, he saw my significant other standing there. We walked in with $11,920.44 in a cashiers check. I am APPALLED that there was a $200 dock fee. For a cash paying customer, only having to review a few documents, this is unacceptable. We went outside to see the car, and to put on the license plate. I asked Chris if the remote start was fixed, or if he had looked at it. Chris told me that he had tried it twice but couldn't get it to work. I got out the owners manual and started looking though the pages to see if we could figure it out. As we did this, Chris said "Well, it was nice working with you" and walked inside, as we are standing in the freezing cold, looking at a manual by ourselves. there was another sales gentleman walking by, and I had to stop him and ask. Also, there is NO driver floormat, the car was not cleaned up, sticker glue was stuck still on the window, there was a CD in between the seat, crumbs etc. I really do like the car, its not the car that is the issue. The issue was our customer service. ALSO, Chris told us there was only 1 key, we asked him about the other one, and he basically shrugged his shoulders and stated we can get a key made for valet $10 at the store, the fob probably costs about $200. I am furious. I would NEVER recommend someone to him. The whole expierence was terrible. I am just so shocked at everything that happened. I spent over $11,000 at your location, and I was treated poorly. You are a dealership, you are widely known. Your dealership is not some crappy place to buy a car. I feel very taken advantage of, and I would not recommend any Suburban dealership to anyone. Please, I am the owner of the car, please call me, I would like to discuss this over the phone. I am always satisfied that both George and his very competent associate Christine Wentzel, are listening with genuine concern to my issues at hand. They both go out of their way to accommodate me. I left service today with a sparkling clean car, wishes for a Happy New Year, and a promise that if my problems were not resolved they would not abandon me. I believe them. I wish them the same. I love the elegance and drive of my newly leased Sonata. I am NOT happy with the mileage received to date. The promises and estimates on your advertising and posted information on the cars DO NOT MATCH, so far, with what is occurring on the road. Christine was very helpful during my service experience at Hyundai Troy. She not only offerred great service when I had my tires replaced but also went above and beyond to arrange for my mirror to be pain at Hyundai Troy. The radio in my 2006 Sonata wouldn't turn on after the battery died last night and had it jumped. It was very important to replace the radio fuse because I am driving back to Atlanta tomorrow to ensure a better drive; the team made this possible by putting forth all effort to replace the fuse and clean up my car. Based on my experience with her and the mechanic Craig, I wouldn't hesitate to return there or recommend others to do the same. Suburban has a great asset in Christine and I hope they realize that.
