When we arrived on a Saturday afternoon…we didn't know if we would get much help because we thought people would be trying to "get home" for the weekend. First, Paul Alexander, our sales agent, was very thorough in explaining the car situation to us, and he worked really hard to line everything up in a timely manner. We are very happy, and we never felt rushed through the process even though we took up a couple hours of their time on Saturday afternoon (they got home late because of us). My kids loved Paul's help because they were getting a little restless, and Paul pulled out a frisbee to help occupy their time while I was completing the paperwork. Recent New Car Purchase I recently purchased a new Hyundai Genesis from Suburban in Troy, Michigan. Low pressure environment. The showroom atmosphere was modern and comfortable. The sales team works together. I actually was able to finalize the price AND hold the vehicle I wanted (while arranging for insurance) through my sales rep's co-worker. Didnt have to go through the old outdated businesss model of "negotiating" back and forth with the "sales manager". Suburban honored the price and did not take the deposit I offered to confirm the deal. That was a first for me. Service department is clean and team members answered my service questions and the Hyundai model I was interested in pruchasing. Very good experience. More
