"Terrific Customer Service" I wasn't looking forward to car shopping thinking sales reps would pressure me into getting a car that is above my budget. But, that didn' happen at I wasn't looking forward to car shopping thinking sales reps would pressure me into getting a car that is above my budget. But, that didn' happen at all. I received THE best customer service from Timothy Pence. He went over the features of the Elantra and Sonata in the showroom and offered a test drive as well, but, I didn't have time so I came back 2 days later. He even emailed me a Sonata brochure since they didn't have one in stock. From meeting him the first day to picking up the Elantra, the whole process went very well. Timothy went over the manual thoroughly and even showed me everything in the car. Now that's going the extra mile for a very satisfied customer ! This is my third car from Suburban Collection and the customer service just gets better ! More

From my initial meeting with Jeff, to dealing with Blake, to signing papers with Cheryl. I never once felt like I was being pushed into making a decision. My leasing consultant Blake took the time to go other the car with me in great detail, and told me if I had any questions at all after leaving to not hesitate to call. I walked in thinking I would be having a higher car payment than I currently had, and come to find out with all of the great incentives they were able to get me into a fancier, more sporty car with lower payments. I have told so many people about what excellent service I received. I feel like great service is hard to come by these days, but not at Suburban Hyundai of Troy!!
