I felt like he really cared about showing me what I informed him I was looking for in a vehicle and he didn't try to sell me something I didn't express an interest in. I would highly recommend all my friends and family to visit Suburban Hyundai and ask for Jamie Waters. He is an all around great person to work with. I have not experienced great customer service like that in a long while. I received a great deal on my 2017 Sonata, they beat all the other dealerships I visited. More
Very Bad Service Advisor Scott Landreth I was scheduled to do a Door Latches recall (Safety Issuse) and oil service. After getting an email confirmation about all the job to be done on the c I was scheduled to do a Door Latches recall (Safety Issuse) and oil service. After getting an email confirmation about all the job to be done on the car , after reaching the service station at Suburban Hyundai, Troy Mi. I was told the recall for the door latches can't be done and only the the oil service will be done because the service advisor doesn't have enough man power.he also had a very bad attitude to apologise sarcastically.I would recommend everyone to look to any other service advisor or any other showroom for your service or repair needs as this is the second time it happened where the excuse was that they didn't have enough manpower. More
