Best Dealership Experience I've Ever Had I initially came to Suburban thinking that I wanted a Sonata Limited 2.0T because I was impressed with the incentives and the amazing warranty that H I initially came to Suburban thinking that I wanted a Sonata Limited 2.0T because I was impressed with the incentives and the amazing warranty that Hyundai offers. Paul listened to my wants and needs and recommended that I drive a Santa Fe Sport 2.0T Ultimate before finally deciding on the Sonata. I fell in love and was lucky enough that one had just rolled off the truck in the color I wanted. Paul was extremely patient with me and fun to hang out with during the waiting process. It was also refreshing that I felt zero pressure to make the purchase. Both days I came into the dealership, they were extremely busy. But Adamm kept checking in with me and making sure that I was happy. I left feeling very satisfied and grateful for the free pizza and refreshments. Thank you again for the great experience! More

After test driving several other CUVs, and comparing them, the Tucson had more to offer for a better price. Paul, my salesperson, was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable as well as patient with me as I made my decision. I would recommend anyone in the market for a CUV to check out Hyundai--they just might be pleasantly surprised! I know I was. I agree with other recent reviewers, give Suburban Hyundai a chance. Too often people are quick to report a complaint when something goes wrong but not always the same is true when everything goes well. The Hyuandai SUV(s) have more "bells & whistles" at a better price than other manufacturers backed up with the best factory warranty in the business! I was greeted by "Paul" the salesman. He was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions and then some I had about all the "bells & whistles" of the Santa Fe. I spoke with Adamm (Sales Manager) a few times throughout the sales process and he was courteous and answered all the questions I asked. Prior to my visit I checked out some of the reviews online of Suburban Hyuandi and saw some that were good and some that were not so good. My experience was excellent! Give them a try! Greg More
