I recently brought my F-150 in for "The Works" service to include an oil change, tire rotation and multi point inspection. The oil change was completed but the tech could not locate the wheel lock so they c include an oil change, tire rotation and multi point inspection. The oil change was completed but the tech could not locate the wheel lock so they closed the ticket without the tire rotation or brake inspection. I contacted my service advisor, Roland Hayes, and explained the issue. He immediately said that I would not need to come back in for the remaining service he would have the Mobile service van with Zeke come out. They came out the same day I contacted them.
