"Great customer Service" On February '12 2015 I hit a chuck hole by the airport in my 2012 company owned Fusion. Consequently I blew my left front tire and broke a belt on th On February '12 2015 I hit a chuck hole by the airport in my 2012 company owned Fusion. Consequently I blew my left front tire and broke a belt on the right side tire. I changed my tire at the airport and the next day I arrived at the dealership at 6:30 AM. I was 3rd in line to get into the service department. I was met by your service tech Tim Haverty. I told him I was a major supplier to Ford Motor and that I had a meeting that I had to attend at 10AM at the Ford Rouge Complex. I asked him if he replace both tires, change the oil with full synthetic and get me out so that I could make it to my meeting. He said yes and also informed me that I had a wiper blade starting to deteriorate. They replaced that too and had me back on the road by 8:45 AM. I was very pleased with the service and the way that they went above and beyond my expectations to help me out. More

I leased this vehicle new service could not find a slow leak in tire after several trips to service for the problem. I had to put air in tire every couple of days . I tried to get the problem fix over a ye leak in tire after several trips to service for the problem. I had to put air in tire every couple of days . I tried to get the problem fix over a year. Because of low mileage I purchase vehicle less than 10,000 miles. The same day I purchase the vehicle the problem with the tire was found with a cost of 203.75 to me I think this is very unfair , I have been a loyal customer to this company. It is never easy to have to take your car in for repairs and waiting to hear what the damage may be but the level of customer service that was given put me at ease. I had a terrible experience with Tom Holzer Ford in Farmington, MI and was dreading bringing my car to another dealership. Our service consultant (Nathan Bolton) was extremely helpful and communicated everything each step of the way. He went above and beyond my expectations. When I walked in the door to pick up my car I was greeted by each and every staff member which made me feel good about the service that was performed on my car. Everyone was extremely helpful! I explained my situation that I had experienced with the other dealership and Nathan even took it upon himself to apologize on behalf of that dealership and even gave a discount to me because of the horrible experience that I had. Not many places have the level of customer service that is clearly demonstrated each and every day here. Thank you! More
