David Deckard is THE ABSOLUTE BEST service advisor! As of this writing, I have been bringing my 2010 Ford Fusion for service to Suburban Ford of Waterford (Michigan) for 8 years. Just by pure luck, the As of this writing, I have been bringing my 2010 Ford Fusion for service to Suburban Ford of Waterford (Michigan) for 8 years. Just by pure luck, the service advisor that was available to me at my initial visit to Suburban Ford of Waterford's Service was David Deckard. Because of the excellent service that David Deckard provided to me during my initial visit, for my second visit to the service department of Suburban Ford of Waterford, I again asked for David Deckard and, just as with my initial visit, David Deckard provided me with top-notch customer service. Ever since those first two very positive customer service experiences with David Deckard, every time I need service on my vehicle, I deal exclusively with David Deckard. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly, personable, and goes out of his way to be sure that I am completely satisfied with the service that he has provided. I am so pleased with the positive experience that I received from David Deckard through the years that I recommended him to everyone I know who owns or leases a Ford Motor Company vehicle. I can't say enough about how well satisfied I am with the excellent customer service that David Deckard provides. Go David Deckard! More

At the dealership Mike had everything ready and answered all my questions without making me feel silly or that I was going to be taken advantage of. He was so pleasant and trustworthy and he kept me updated through the entire process. I am very thankful to have worked with Mike and I appreciate all he did to make my experience smooth - and for not treating me any differently than a guy. More
Awful hey could diagnose a flat tire. They took advantage of my wife pretty good. When I questioned them they were rather short and rude. Sales was ok but o hey could diagnose a flat tire. Sales was ok but only got one key (they forgot the other one and a hassle to get it after the fact) Bottom line not good, I'll shop somewhere else. We were traveling from Ann Arbor and googled the nearest F On our way to a concert at DTE on Friday my 2017 Ford Focus RS experienced an engine issue. We were traveling from Ann Arbor and googled the nearest Ford dealership which was Suburban Ford of Waterford. I limped the car to the dealership arriving at 5pm. I explained what happened to Matt Lingenfelter and he immediately got one of his Techs (Brian) to diagnose my problem. Brian had us back on the road in less than 15 minutes after detecting and repairing a PCV hose that had popped off. Brian had stayed late on a Friday to do my repair. When I asked Matt about what paperwork I needed to fill out, he simply said have a nice day and enjoy the concert! As a 30 year retired Ford Engineer, Matt and his team and the Suburban Ford of Waterford Dealership have proven to me that we still have dealerships willing to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction! Service above and beyond! I had a problem with my 2012 F250 Powerstroke Diesel. There is a common problem with the vacuum pump leaking oil. I was out of warranty by 17k miles a I had a problem with my 2012 F250 Powerstroke Diesel. There is a common problem with the vacuum pump leaking oil. I was out of warranty by 17k miles and Ford was unwilling to cover any of the repairs ($18 for a gasket - approximately $500 for labor). David Deckard went above a beyond to get Ford to help cover some of the costs. He went to his supervisors to see what he could get done for me. I am more than satisfied with the resolution David was able to arrange. Thanks to David and Suburban Ford for taking great care of me. More
HORRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT I had my vehicle towed to suburban ford of Waterford because it was having engine problems. After diagnosis ( which I had to authorize them to do at a cost of $600, and they didn’t even put the vehicle back together ) they determined that the motor was seized up. The vehicle had sludge built up which caused the problem. I took my receipts of oil changes to John Vitale ( service manager ) only for his first words to be “ who made these for you “ excuse me !!!!! Long story short suburban ford and ford motor company have both refused to fix the problem under the warranty !!! Stay as far away from suburban ford as possible !! Service manager is extremely rude !! Had to leave several messages and make several calls to even get hold of anyone. And for him to insinuate that I was lying about receipts is a joke !!! More
