His suggestion to have a chassis technician conduct a test drive and a full chassis inspection determined that a front wheel bearing required replacement. The diagnostics and service repairs were completed on a timely basis. The bothersome driveline noise has been eliminated. Appreciate the time to discuss the service procedures with Nathan Bolton after the repair was completed. More

He went beyond what we could have asked for and not only researched the solution, but called us so we could go back and get it fixed. This is a solution that several, high end techs have tried to do with home visits, and this request went up the ladder, to corporate. When we found out Brandon was new to the team, we knew we needed to share what type of person Ford had on their team, unfortunately, we haven't reached any manager yet since they haven't called back but wish Brandon all the best and definitely look for him on the Sales team! More

Went in for service, ended up getting new lease on F150. Danny was great to work with. I find all this dealership stuff a pain, but he made it all very easy for me. I did not intend to get a new lease, but Danny was great to work with. I find all this dealership stuff a pain, but he made it all very easy for me. I did not intend to get a new lease, but we started talking and he presented some very good options. Once we got things rolling I realized I really didn't have everything in good order to get into a new lease. I was missing information, didn't have my wife with me, had a hitch which was stuck on my truck and need the lock cut off. He worked through each one of those issues for me. He contacted my wife, got all his required information, had service remove the hitch. It was great. More

Just by pure luck, the service advisor that was available to me at my initial visit to Suburban Ford of Waterford's Service was David Deckard. Because of the excellent service that David Deckard provided to me during my initial visit, for my second visit to the service department of Suburban Ford of Waterford, I again asked for David Deckard and, just as with my initial visit, David Deckard provided me with top-notch customer service. Ever since those first two very positive customer service experiences with David Deckard, every time I need service on my vehicle, I deal exclusively with David Deckard. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly, personable, and goes out of his way to be sure that I am completely satisfied with the service that he has provided. I am so pleased with the positive experience that I received from David Deckard through the years that I recommended him to everyone I know who owns or leases a Ford Motor Company vehicle. At the dealership Mike had everything ready and answered all my questions without making me feel silly or that I was going to be taken advantage of. He was so pleasant and trustworthy and he kept me updated through the entire process. I am very thankful to have worked with Mike and I appreciate all he did to make my experience smooth - and for not treating me any differently than a guy. More
