I was quite disappointed by my experience with this location. I inquired about a few cars to schedule a test drive last week. I received confirmation that the vehicle I was most interested in was avail location. I inquired about a few cars to schedule a test drive last week. I received confirmation that the vehicle I was most interested in was available, and scheduled to visit later that evening. I didn’t end up getting off work in time to make it out before they closed (45 minute drive from downtown Detroit), so I called to ask if I could re-schedule for the following morning. I was assured this was no issue and they would have the vehicle ready for a test drive upon my arrival. The next morning, I drove from downtown Detroit, up to their location in Waterford, only to be notified that the vehicle was in the shop and unavailable for a test drive. I explained the situation, my commute, and the two failed opportunities to bring the vehicle’s status to my attention. I was frustrated but willing to let his team redeem the situation. No such thing happened. The salesman I was working with blamed his coworker for the mistake, and let me walk out the door. I will not be returning, and would not recommend doing business here. More

I would have given no stars if could have. I just bought online from Suburban Ford a 2017 Ford Focus RS with only 7000 miles on the odometer. Paid top dollar. Pictures looked great, had only 7000 miles and the dealership had good reviews so I didn't order a pre-purchase inspection. Bad move. The car has flood damage. Rust everywhere. I contacted the dealership and when they finally got around to calling me the used car manager RJ basically said too bad. All sales are final. You really see how good a businesses is when they have to deal with problems. This company fails spectacularly. I'm stuck with a car worth a fraction of what I paid because they failed to disclose the issues. I'm sure they'll respond that it's not their problem. Buyer beware More
