Today I arrived at 7:30 am for a scheduled service appointment and was told OVER AN HOUR later that my "two hour repair" would now take all day due to the fact that so many of the mechanics were out with COVID. In the meantime half of the people in the service department are without masks. DO NOT have your vehicle serviced at this dealership! More

Tom was very helpful and honest. He could have sold me a car now, but instead he advised me that it would be more beneficial for me to wait a few months until the end of my lease and have a much better paym car now, but instead he advised me that it would be more beneficial for me to wait a few months until the end of my lease and have a much better payment at that time. Tom Tatu was pleasant and excellent while leasing my third Ford Fusion and turning in my end of lease Ford. He suggested the Hybrid Fusion, which saved money on both my lease payments and gasoline. Things went so smoothly that the next month my husband went straight to Tom to lease his next Ford when his Explorer lease was ending. This is my 4th purchase from Suburban Ford of Waterford, and we'll definitely seek out Tom Tatu for our next new Fords. BTW, their new showroom and services are fabulous. More

Rachel Andres was fabulous to work with for my 1st time ever Ford lease. Her immediate communication with me whenever I had a call-in question, and I had many, was spot on. She worked so hard for me and always with a sweet greeting of "No problem" and immediate answers. John Duley, the new car manager, could not have been nicer. He walked over to me on his own accord and introduced himself to me and yet when I called a week later, his words were, "I remember you!". He was so personable and helpful too. The dealership was packed with people, everyone smiling and saying, "Hello" through their COVID masks. I did not have a referral for this dealership and I was just dropping in for a quick look and ended up with my brand new Ford Explorer. NO pressure, just service. Thank you Suburban of Waterford Michigan. I will be back next time and Rachel will be my salesperson again! More
