After receiving a notice letting me know that the parts were in for a safety recall on my wife's vehicle I scheduled a appointment online. When I pulled into the service center there must have been five employees sitting at decks. The last one acknowledged me and took my info. He then took me into another room where someone else was going to help me. This person told that the parts were on back order. I asked why they didn't tell me this when I scheduled the appointment. His response was "you scheduled your appointment online and we don't see that". Why couldn't the first person tell me that. I received two texts and two emails reminding of appointment. One let me know of Kiosk's for self check in. So now it takes two employees or a computer to check you in and no one looks at incoming orders. More

Not the typical experience you would get from other dealerships. We were upfront and let them know that the purchase of a new vehicle would be dependent on our trade-in. James went out to look at our dealerships. We were upfront and let them know that the purchase of a new vehicle would be dependent on our trade-in. James went out to look at our trade-in and immediately went up the chain of command to the operations manager, Jeff Huvaere. Within 15 minutes we both had a price we were happy with and John Duley was there putting in our order. We highly recommend this dealership. More

I received two safety recall notices in the mail for my vehicle. The first appointment I made left me disappointed. I came into the service center on the date/time I scheduled it and found out that no one vehicle. The first appointment I made left me disappointed. I came into the service center on the date/time I scheduled it and found out that no one had ordered the parts/had the parts on hand/etc. I wish they would have called to let me know they could not service my car that day. On top of that, right as I was going to leave one of the workers drove my car to the back of the dealership assuming it was going to be serviced. I missed some work that day. However, my recent appointment was more than satisfactory. I spoke with the head of the service department. He worked hard for me to be able to get both of the recall services completed in one day. Management had workers drive me to and from work! It was also much further than the 10mile limit they usually drive. The staff were enthusiastic, fun, and professional. Would highly recommend their services! More
I and my brother visited the dealership recently and I can say without a doubt that it's was the worst experience I have ever had buying anything. We got into the big new building of theirs. We have already seen listing of the cars so we informed him of the model we were interested in. At first the salesperson hesitated and said the car was sold. And then a minute later he said the car needs a safety inspection and we can't test drive it today. I gave him the benefit of the doubt. I then informed him of our next car choice to look at. He then asked if we were serious about buying and that he is not in the business of test driving cars. Which IMO was a rude thing to say. He then spent about 10 minutes doing something. I brought my brother with me because he knows more about cars then I do and wanted him there to drive the car to see if it's suitable and to see if there is no immediate issues he could find. The salesperson came back and informed me that he can't let my brother drive. He then informed me that I can only drive and that he would be with us in the car. This is a clear violation of COVID19 safety precautions. It wasn't even about him riding in the car with us. But it was clear that the person was not interested in helping us. And just judged me and my brother because we were young and we were people of color. both of us are successful engineers. We can afford cars and I actually drove in a car that is more valuable than the ones we asked to drive. My brother confronted the salesperson and told him that he has attitude problems. We told him we were leaving. The salesperson never tried to make things right. He was happy to see us leave. I called the dealership after arriving home to speak with a supervisor as this behavior was not appropriate. The manager gave me a call back and we spoke on the phone. the manager clearly spoke to this salesperson before speaking with me. The manager claimed that they don't allow customers test drive their more expensive vehicles and it's a dealership policy. Again this is inconsistent as this is not the same thing that the salesperson told us. I got pretty emotional on the phone call because I felt were being treated unfairly. I told the manager I need to speak someone higher up to confirm this policy and he denied my request. I hanged up the phone. I have never in my life heard of a dealership not allowing customers to test drive vehicles. I have been to plenty of dealerships and with prestigious brands. No one has dared treat us like this. I am not done with incident and I will try to contact Suburban HQ about this issue. We feel that were treated unfairly and we were judged based on our appearances. From our age to our skin color. If you are a person of color, please avoid this dealership. More
