Have been in contact with the dealer for a vehicle for a week. I was told they could not sell the car as they didn’t have its title yet. I took my Lincoln to this dealership's service center because the service centers at the local Lincoln dealerships were unresponsive and generally unprofessional (especially the one in Southfield). I was pleasantly surprised with the level of service I received from Eric. He took time to speak with me like a person, not a number, and was thorough. He maintained close contact every step of the way, and was accessible when I had questions or needed something. The dealership has a text message service that made the whole experience so much better, and Eric maximized the value of that communication tool. He's my new "trustworthy car guy." Every dealership needs an Eric. More
Nick went over and above the norm to help me out of a predicament. I had nail in my rear tire and all the tire shops told me they couldn't help for at least two days. Drove 258 miles because salesman said car was perfect, when I there the car was less than nice, pant was peeling from both quarters in front of the rear wheels and was told not a big deal. 2 days after purchasing my car started making grinding noise on front brakes . Took my salesman a week to call or return and of my calls or emails. I have taken it to two other mechanics for a 2nd opinion. Both stated I need new wheelbairings. I have already been in contact with my lawyer and the BBB. More
