We were interested in trading in a vehicle on a 3 row suv, I asked what they used to determin trade in value and was told NADA. We then are advised we cant test drive the vehicle off of their lot because suv, I asked what they used to determin trade in value and was told NADA. We then are advised we cant test drive the vehicle off of their lot because they havent actually looked it over yet. As the process goes on they then ask for the payoff of our trade in (this is before we've even got a trade in value or got close to striking a deal, something I found strange) Once they did this I looked at my wife and told her exactly what was about to happen! They then come back with our trade offer of 10K under what nada says it is, and xxxx near what the payoff amount was! If you want to get insulted, this is the place for you! More

We bought a vehicle in March 2022 and it is now July 2022 and we have still not received our title and registration plates for vehicle. Multiple calls and messages left have not resolved this issue. Our temp and we have still not received our title and registration plates for vehicle. Multiple calls and messages left have not resolved this issue. Our temporary plates expired after 30 days so we have been making payments on a vehicle that we cannot legally drive and the dealership has told us that we need to purchase temporary plates ourselves because they will not issue another temporary plate. This is not good way to do business when this issue is entirely the dealerships fault, they dropped the ball, but we the consumers are paying price for trusting dealership with our business. We are paying for vehicle we cannot drive because of dealership errors and then on top of that dealership stating we have to also now pay extra for temporary plates to drive this vehicle because dealership hasn’t done their duty in transferring title and registration timely. Sadly at this point the only option this dealership is leaving is for us to pursue legal action. More
