Suburban Ford in Waterford finance guy added a premium warrenty and key fab warrenty on our car loan without our permission. After we denied all the sales pitches. They stalled our loan with the bank for warrenty and key fab warrenty on our car loan without our permission. After we denied all the sales pitches. They stalled our loan with the bank for 2 months and asked my wife to resign her paperwork. That's where he added the warrenty for a larger commission bonus. They use the paperless contracts that you sign with your finger on there glass desk. This was her first purchase from a dealership in 30 years and a nightmare. We are still waiting for Suburban Ford to remove the $5,865.00 off our loan. There only response was sorry and that we will have to refinance with our credit union. Our entire loan should be rewritten from the fraud.. They refused.. xxx More

Like most Motorhome owners, I know trying to find a Ford Dealer that could handle getting a Motorhome in their service bays is tough, Suburban Ford did it. My first time dealing with Suburban Ford and Curti Dealer that could handle getting a Motorhome in their service bays is tough, Suburban Ford did it. My first time dealing with Suburban Ford and Curtis, what a refreshing experience. Curtis understood the frustration I was going through trying to get my new 2021 Winnebago repaired. Curtis took the keys and I left it in his hands. (smart move at my end) A few hours later Curtis called and explained the problems, the corrections and whats needed to be done. The next day I picked up my Motorhome and it was perfect. I want to thank Curtis for his personal touch and would highly recommend him to anyone. More

This is in regards to service regarding a recall. When I called to schedule service for a recall I was told that they could schedule for over a month. I could live with that, but then I was told that When I called to schedule service for a recall I was told that they could schedule for over a month. I could live with that, but then I was told that they may have the vehicle for up to 3 days even though the recall only takes about 3 hours! So, I am supposed to go without a vehicle for possibly 3 days! After speaking to the Service manager she simply said that is just the way the handle recalls at the Waterford Suburban Ford dealership and that we could try another dealership! We have purchased all of our vehicles for the past 33 years from this dealership and loved working with our salesperson. Maybe it’s time we purchase from another dealership! So disappointed. More

Friendly and welcoming staff I felt like family instead of a customer everyone was nice. Joe was awesome there was an issue with a truck that I looked at initially but, Joe quickly came up with a soluti of a customer everyone was nice.
