I've had lots of trouble with a previous visit and was a very unhappy customer when Michael stepped up to the plate and personally assured me that he will make things right. He and his team saved the day. He not only took the time to listen but also took the time to make sure I was taken care of in the most impressive fashion. He used his decades of work experience, his knowledge of his team and his dedication to Suburban Ford Waterford to turn things around within 3 hours. My experience went from one of the worst experiences ever to the best ever. Not a small feat considering I've spent decades in a variety of national and international automotive positions, corporate and dealer. Thank you for saving my snowboard vacation, you'll have a customer for life - which is what you stated your goal was. More

This wasn't the friendliest experience. I was treated poorly and the communication was terrible. I let it be known that I was in a situation and needed to be in a vehicle by days end at 11a I was treated poorly and the communication was terrible. I let it be known that I was in a situation and needed to be in a vehicle by days end at 11am. The car wouldn't start. There was no follow up. Then I had to contact him before the end of the day at 5p (they close at 6p) and still wasn't given a good update on what needed to be done. I was like extracting teeth to get an update. This was a terrible experience and I was depending on Lou. I went in knowing exactly what car I wanted, now I just want to shop somewhere where I'll get better treatment. More

This has to be the worse ford service department I’ve ever been to. I can’t even get a live person on the phone and they’ve had my car about 3x longer that they told me it would be. I will NEVER be using ever been to. I can’t even get a live person on the phone and they’ve had my car about 3x longer that they told me it would be. I will NEVER be using this dealership again. Do yourself a favor and go to ANY other Ford dealership in the area. More
