I went to Suburban Ford of Waterford because of a vehicle they had on the lot that I really wanted, so talked to Ed and he advised me that it not yet ready for showing, a couple of days later he called me ba they had on the lot that I really wanted, so talked to Ed and he advised me that it not yet ready for showing, a couple of days later he called me back and said that I can come see it now. I went out there and took it for a drive and I liked it a lot but, I was informed that someone already put a deposit down on it, with that said I decided to look around for something else and I don’t really like the newer cars as much as this one, Ed informed me about a week and a half later that the car was available again so I put a deposit down on it and now it’s in my driveway, we we’re waiting on the title for this vehicle, that was the delay, anyways Suburban bought me out of my lease early and that helped me with my down payment, thanks again Suburban Ford of Waterford and a big thanks to Ed Rogin, my sales guy More

Was interested in 2 vehicles from this dealership but both had issues that the dealership was unwilling to fix. Reverse camera not functioning properly on one and wrong tires on the other causing rubbing both had issues that the dealership was unwilling to fix. CROOKS, Scoundrels, do not trust these people. They added $6000 to my vehicle extended warranty, Diamond windshield coating $1,400 and $399 to clean the truck 6 months before I bought it when I pi They added $6000 to my vehicle extended warranty, Diamond windshield coating $1,400 and $399 to clean the truck 6 months before I bought it when I picked it up it still had coffee stains on the console and it had been driven over 6 hundred miles since they cleaned it. To make my experience worse they had me sign an electronic signature pad that had been expanded so you could sign but not see what you were signing. I have been waiting for the corrected amount but they say that it will take 6 weeks to get me the correct amount. But they expect me to make a payment based on trust what a joke until they get me the correct paperwork I will not be making a payment. DO NOT TRUST SUBURBAN FORD!!! WATERFORD ESPECIALLY STEPHAN More
