No, they do not ever hold cars. Don’t even bother asking. If you see one you like and it’s priced well, you need to get yourself down there. I appreciate the fair pricing. They can be a little difficult about things that don’t really matter in the end, like fussing about what kind of check or payment method you use, but Lou will help you out. It can also be a bit time consuming to finalize everything, but that’s pretty normal. All in all, I will definitely be back to work with Louie again. More

I recently brought my F-150 in for "The Works" service to include an oil change, tire rotation and multi point inspection. The oil change was completed but the tech could not locate the wheel lock so they c include an oil change, tire rotation and multi point inspection. The oil change was completed but the tech could not locate the wheel lock so they closed the ticket without the tire rotation or brake inspection. I contacted my service advisor, Roland Hayes, and explained the issue. He immediately said that I would not need to come back in for the remaining service he would have the Mobile service van with Zeke come out. They came out the same day I contacted them. Kudo to Roland and the service team. We have found our go to Ford Dealership. Thanks for valuing your customers. I will recommend the dealership to all my friends. More
