No communication between sales and the person with the final say. No response from management. No online phone numbers are answered. Wired purchase price was returned by a check with a 7-day hold. No explanation as to why it could not be wired back, the same way it was received. Proof of insurance, on a cash deal, was not acceptable per their company guidelines. Remember, we were paying 100% cash. Deal cancelled. More

After five attempts to get through to the service department to pick up my car, my husband was able to finally talk to someone to get it paid for after hours pick up. When I picked up my car the pane department to pick up my car, my husband was able to finally talk to someone to get it paid for after hours pick up. When I picked up my car the panel from the drivers side was laying on the floor on the passengers side and my car hadn’t received a courtesy wash. I felt that the service had been rushed, and not by me! Hopefully it was done correctly. More

I brought my motorhome in for an oil change a couple of days ago. I was surprised they changed the oil out in the parking lot. I don't think that gives the best outcome.
