Suburban Ford of Waterford had our Transit Connect in their shop for almost 4 months for a warranty job. Parker was awful at staying in touch, would not return calls and messages, and we were provided wi their shop for almost 4 months for a warranty job. Parker was awful at staying in touch, would not return calls and messages, and we were provided with mixed information about parts arriving/timelines when other associates tried to cover for him.
