Check engine light was on on my daughter’s 2018 escape. Got a prompt appointment, service advisor Cassandra was so helpful and kept in touch the whole time. Very poor customer service. Service area does not answer their phone and did not call me at all on the day I dropped off my vehicle for new brakes I had to wait over a week to Service area does not answer their phone and did not call me at all on the day I dropped off my vehicle for new brakes I had to wait over a week to get an appointment then it took 2 days for new brakes and rotors. Nothing was done the first day, why bother making an appointment if car is just going to sit there and no one communicates with you, if only they would have called since the phones don’t get answered. Spoke to mgr when picking up car, he apologized but offered no renumeration More
