Can't say enough good things about Marco and everyone in the service department at Suburban Ford! My '22 Edge's engine light came on at just 5,900 miles. Marco squeezed me in, arranged for courtesy loaner, called me just two days later saying catalytic converter had been replaced, car was ready to go--and asked if I wanted the oil changed as it was almost due! Impressive all the way around--especially since I didn't have an appointment, and I thought I'd be without the car for much longer than 48 hours! Way to go, guys--keep it up! This is my second car purchased at Suburban Ford and I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else. When you strike gold, quit looking elsewhere for it! More
Was quoted an astronomical number from another Ford dealership to do some service work. Took my truck into Suburban Ford Troy for a second opinion and couldn't have made a better decision. Issues that were brought up from the other dealership weren't even true/ an issue. Brian and the service team had my truck for less than 24 hours, talked me through every step, made sure pricing was up front, and job was completed correctly. I couldn't recommend Suburban Ford of Troy enough for anyone needing work done on their vehicle. If I ever sell, this will be the first stop to look for something new! More

Not sure what Suburban Ford of Troy is tellin y’all at DealerRater, but they have not “resolved” anything with me with regard to my issue with them. Still advise everyone to avoid them and take your business elsewhere. There is a great place in St Clair Shores called Roy O’Brien Ford. More

I have been purchasing car’s from Elder Ford/Suburban Ford for easily 20 years. I like the service department because of the ease of use. The service rep was friendly and helpful, and managed to get my c Ford for easily 20 years. I like the service department because of the ease of use. I took my Escape in for an oil change and was quoted a time of 2.5 hours. Ok, I didn't like that but that is fine. After waiting 2.5 hours I went to the desk to ask about my car. They told me it would be time of 2.5 hours. Ok, I didn't like that but that is fine. After waiting 2.5 hours I went to the desk to ask about my car. They told me it would be another 1.5 hours. What? Nobody told me during the 2.5 hours that my oil change was actually going to take 4 hours. I had one rare day off to get my car checked and the service team at the desk didn't care one bit. I reiterated that I was told 2.5 hours and the guy said "I told you it would be at least 2.5 hours", as if 2.5 hours and 4 hours were remotely close. I'm absolutely furious and the guy starts giving me excuses about a guy calling in, like any customer wants to hear anything about that after wasting a precious day off. Another guy came over and told me to have a great day. This guy was basically telling me to leave. I said I will never be back or purchase another car from Elder Ford again and he shrugged and said have a great day. I am disgusted by the entire experience. I'm highly discouraging my entire network to avoid Elder Ford at all costs. Have a great day. More
