This is one of the worst dealerships I have ever dealt with!! 1] I had to fight to get warranty work done and done properly 2] The workmanship was absolutely horrid and left me and my family in a very with!! 1] I had to fight to get warranty work done and done properly 2] The workmanship was absolutely horrid and left me and my family in a very unsafe environment with the rear four cab bolts on my truck not properly reinstalled. { Ford Corporate dealer rep had my truck fixed at another dealership for he no faith in Suburban's abilities} 3] Service managers and Body shop managers both repeatedly out right lied to me!! 4] asked for the General manager or owner to contact me about issues. NEVER heard a peep out of either of them. I would NEVER recommend using this dealership for purchase or service of any kind. More
Got mile 30,000 mile maintenance and the tech slightly overfilled the trans fluid. When my truck started acting up on the freeway and blowing blue smoke out the back a couple of drivers flagged me down to overfilled the trans fluid. When my truck started acting up on the freeway and blowing blue smoke out the back a couple of drivers flagged me down to alert me to what appeared to be a serious problem. Joe Smith (QL mgr) had my truck towed back, did exactly what I suggested to replicate the problem, then diagnosed and corrected. Then had two employees return it (33 miles each way) to my driveway. They also filled the gas tank. Outstanding customer service!!! Wouldn't go anywhere else! Quick Lane of SH and Suburban Ford of SH are the best in the business! More
I will never take my car here again. Our father in law brought our car to be serviced for 70,000 miles and he left the dealership spending almost $3000. The service department took him to the cleaners and just assumed it was ok to have everything done to a car that wasn’t his and the dealership never called us. What’s even more frustrating is the dealership told us that there was no way to look up what had been done to the vehicle at other Ford dealerships. They just assumed at 70,000 that the vehicle Had never been serviced. Joe, the manager, was nice, but unfortunately unhelpful and the service guy, Dale, didn’t care because he got his $1000 in labor costs. $425 for an oil change?! This dealership should be ashamed. More

Service manger was rude when I was finally able to talk to hi. When I went to pick up my car service associates was on her personal cell having a personal conversation and made me wait for her to finish he to hi. Did not buy a new car. I am rating the people I dealt with. I am visiting from out of state. My Ford Escape seas starting rough 2 days in a row. I talked to some dealerships that could not help me before I needed to leave the state. I first spoke to, and dealt with, Mike in service. Suburban was able to get my car in FAST! Two days later, Mike called me with the great news that my car was completed and ready for pickup. I was thrilled! Mike was so helpful and friendly through all of this. When I picked up, Carloluigi helped me. He was also very friendly and made me feel like a valued customer. He had a porter wash my car and bring it out. I am so thankful for the quick service, and friendly help. I would absolutely recommend Suburban! More
They have had my car for six weeks so far. Have not provided me with a rental car which was part of the agreement when car was purchased. Find out I have a cracked block due to the way the motor was d provided me with a rental car which was part of the agreement when car was purchased. Find out I have a cracked block due to the way the motor was designed by Ford engineering. Next they wanted all my oil change receipts. We gladly provided them only to be told that Ford will only pay part of the bill for a new motor because the car is 2,000 miles out of the warranty and now we have to pay $2,500.00 to get it fixed. I have no idea what a design/engineering problem has to do with my warranty. Not only that but as an RN I simply cannot miss work and have had to borrow vehicles to get there. More
This is a really unprofessional dealership. I took my car in for service under warranty and they provided no rental. They than kept the car for many days before even inspecting it. They did not fix my car in for service under warranty and they provided no rental. They than kept the car for many days before even inspecting it. They did not fix my issue and were awful in there attitude. The management was unhelpful and uncaring and the service manager was rude. If you want to be treated poorly than this is the place to go. But if you value yourself and your time than go elsewhere. More
