my car wouldn't start.I'm sick and couldn't get my car to the dealer.my car was towed in and I did all my transation over the phone.fix my car at the end of the day.back at my house by 5:00.Just very thankfu the dealer.my car was towed in and I did all my transation over the phone.fix my car at the end of the day.back at my house by 5:00.Just very thankful for all the help. Lack of Customer Service He was very condescending and patronizing. My first experience over the summer was the same way however, I felt possibly he was having a bad day. Outstanding Service for my Family fleet of vehicles!!!!! We have purchased 4 vehicles from Suburban Ford since 2013 and we usually keep our vehicles for a long time. It is important to me that these are serviced properly for the safety of my family. Whether due to age or just normal routine wear, Blaise does an outstanding job with taking care of the customer and looking out for their best interest, and the best options in terms of dollars. She gets involved with the technicians to understand the problems and repairs needed, and she communicates that information to the owners in a way they can understand. I would highly recommend. Blaize. We live in Troy and while there are many other options closer in terms of service, we drive to Ferndale and ask for Blaize. We know she will take good care of the vehicle and my family when we come by for service. Thank you Ms. Blaize for doing an outstanding job! More
