I have been driving to Suburban Ferndale from St. Clair Shores since I bought my 2017 F-250 used. I had read good reviews and was extremely unhappy with my local option. I have had warranty work and regula Shores since I bought my 2017 F-250 used. I had read good reviews and was extremely unhappy with my local option. I have had warranty work and regular maintenance service done 4 visits I believe. I can say my experience thus far has been a marked improvement. It’s sometimes hard to find businesses that take pride in service, Suburban seems to do that! More

I am so happy with the service department . Especially Mike the service manager and Andre the service advisor assigned to me. My air conditioning went down last week the hotest week this year. 90 degree Mike the service manager and Andre the service advisor assigned to me. My air conditioning went down last week the hotest week this year. 90 degrees every day. I have health issues and I am a senior citizen.
