The vehicle I purchased back on March 31st, 2022 is currently in their service department for transmission issues. This is the 2nd time my vehicle has been in their service department. My first visit I currently in their service department for transmission issues. This is the 2nd time my vehicle has been in their service department. My first visit I was informed nothing was wrong, and my check engine light came on because of a part being “dirty” and to not be concerned. After my vehicle went out on 1/4/23 I scheduled an appointment for 8am Tuesday 1/10 as that was the soonest they could get my vehicle in. My car had to be towed to their location on 1/9 due to the car not being in running condition. As of 5:00pm on Wednesday 1/11 still has yet to be diagnosed. Multiple attempts to get even that information was made but when they finally answered their phone they said “we were just about to call you, our transmission guy is backed up and your car is still not diagnosed.” When I asked when they anticipate to assess my vehicle their response was we do not know. I requested to speak to a manager to where I was transferred, then had to leave a voicemail. After still not being contacted back I called again and was informed he was not even on site today. Suburban Ford of Ferndale still has my only vehicle in their possession and still has not even been diagnosed. As a single mother this is very inconvenient and how this has been handled thus far is very disappointing and frustrating. Please do everything in your power to avoid this location. More

Service ADMITTED my door NOT OPENING IS A SAFETY CONCERN ordered my car door AND GAVE IT AWAY & basically ignored my calls for then last 2 months or lied when they did answer! I am being told the door will be available sometime in JANUARY 2023, BUT IN THE MEANTIME KEEP JUMPING OVER FEOM THE PASSENGER SEAT TO THE DRIVER'S SEAT!!! I HOPE NO ONE EVER GOES TO THIA DEALERSHIP!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I CALLED FORD CUSTOMER CARE AND THEY CAN'T GET ANY HELP FROM THIS DEALER EITHER!!!!! More
First time ever leasing a Ford. I made an appointment online for the first service. Very disappointed. After getting my car I noticed the center console is out of sync and delayed which wasn’t a problem prior to the service. I dropped back in to see if they could repair and they told me I had to make an appointment and they weren’t sure if it was fixable and sounded like an internet problem. What the what the?? Not feeling like I should ever lease a Ford again. More
Brought in our 2015 Focus for issues with the screen/radio. We had purchased a warranty from another Suburban dealership when we originally bought the car. Long story short, they can fix the prob screen/radio. We had purchased a warranty from another Suburban dealership when we originally bought the car. Long story short, they can fix the problem but not in the amount of time allotted by the warranty so we need to come out of our pocket more money. After a bit of back and forth with the warranty and the dealership we went ahead with the fix and they came down on the price a bit, still more than was our deductible. Once I received my car back, I gave them a bad review. Andrew the assistant manager told me if I changed my review, they would give me my money back that I paid over the deductible. Once I changed it, he ghosted me. He never answered my calls, or returns messages or refunded my money. As a matter of fact, the phones there ring constantly and no one picks up. There is no communication with what is happening to your vehicle. Since this dealership became a Suburban dealership, it went from a 10 to a 2 at best. This whole interaction stopped me from going there at all. There are too many other dealerships in my area, so I won’t settle for less. More

I will never again go to this dealership. I called for a service to get done. I was told it could be performed. I went as soon as I could. I went for a transmission flush was quoted a fair pr I called for a service to get done. I was told it could be performed. I went as soon as I could. I went for a transmission flush was quoted a fair price. First I was told they didnt have enough fluid for the job. Told me it would be available around noon. I said sounds good I had the day off. Then I was told after the flush my 2006 Ford Explorer will not engage into reverse after the flush. I was able to back out my driveway earlier that morning plus the technician backed out of a space into the shop back. I brought it back the next day. I left it a few days I received a call back stating the transmission failed. Now I will state I dont know anything about transmissions. I was told by a second opinion that if the car hasnt been flushed dont fool with it. I believe the dealer advisor should have recommended that not to miss with it because of the mileage. I was charged a second time after something I believe they caused by wanting to get the money transactions instead of says no you shouldnt bother it. Let me finished by saying my car was shifting into every single gear flawlessly until this service was preformed plus they said on the receipt note customer states no reverse. I didnt even know until after they flushed the transmission. I will be uploading both receipts. More

Timothy went above and beyond all expectations I could have ever had. My sons on the way home from school got a flat in front of the dealership. Although they were not driving a Ford he immediately came o have ever had. My sons on the way home from school got a flat in front of the dealership. His act of kindness and generosity tell me all i need to know about what a great person he is. Saturday, February 26, 2022, with a destroyed tire on my truck, I called Ferndale Ford and left a hysterical message for the Service Manager, Mr. Andrew Perkins. It was 1:15 and the dealership was closing truck, I called Ferndale Ford and left a hysterical message for the Service Manager, Mr. Andrew Perkins. It was 1:15 and the dealership was closing at 2:00pm. Mr. Perkins, knew this and called me anyway to ask if there was ANYTHING he could do. He asked if I was safe. He asked if I was alright. He told me if I still needed help Monday, to please call him back. He gave me kindness and professionalism when I needed it most! More
