Our adjuster, Brian L, is always very efficient and personable as is all of the staff in this service department and I have been privileged to meet and talk with every one of them. The waiting area in the service department is very comfortable, and one can watch TV while having coffee or tea. Joe Lane was very caring and helpful in regarding a fee charged last year.
