dont care about returning Suburban group customers Call about a truck they had on lot told them I would be down the next day Aug 28. I did as I said I would and showed up to look at a 2016 F150 16000 m Call about a truck they had on lot told them I would be down the next day Aug 28. I did as I said I would and showed up to look at a 2016 F150 16000 miles truck and test drive it. I had bought a 2014 srx in November of 2015 from Suburban Cadillac of troy bought from Ricky Kelel he was the best sales person I ever bought from and I have bought a lot of vehicles. I called Ricky and said to tell them he referred me there witch he did cause I called him first. Well that being said I told Jay the sales person who I was working with at Suburban Ford Ferndale on the truck I was pre approved with my bank just needed to put a name on the check all said and done. Well Jay didn't do anything for me as a returning customer. He came back in about 1 min laterand said his boss would only take $200.00 off the price of 41999.00 purchase and $500.00 if I financed with them. Then the boss came to shake my hand and said they have no room to budge any more off sticker b__sh_t. I know better. Jay never tried to help the sale and for his own gain in his paycheck. I have never been to a dealer that wouldn't do anything to keep money from walking out the door days before the end of a month like they did. Well thank god for their HUGE mistake I found the same truck with more options just a different color and only 6600 miles for $41000.00 in Pinconning Mi. Well the good news Schafer Chevy in Pinconning is delivering my truck to me in Rochester Hills Thursday. I called Jay today Aug 29 to ask a question about something I seen on the paper he gave me witch was his scribble and I told him I found a truck with more options and better price and his reply was ( I quote ) ) Well give me a call and see if we can sharpen his pencil on our price) HAHAHA. I told him he had his chance and his boss looked at me and said, I quote ( NO EXTRA ROOM) for discount. you let me walk out the door and didn't do a thing and I wont be back. He was no Ricky Lelel. It sad ricky isn't selling for suburban but still works for them at the Suburban GMC next door in Ferndale as a finance person. Go there I bet you will be taken care of. it a shame their is not many Ricky's out there. I mean he was the BEST salesman. The guy walked my wife to our car with a umbrella in about 36 degree weather without his coat and matched our phones and talked her thru her new srx. Thanks again Ricky I know you will read this your missed and Lynn says hi. So BUYERS BEWARE they wont work with ya. Look somewhere else !!!!!!! They Suck More

Doesn't have business integrity I bought a car from this dealer, before I drove even 20miles,car's driver side control arm n axels got broke on the way of my work.i called salesman "J I bought a car from this dealer, before I drove even 20miles,car's driver side control arm n axels got broke on the way of my work.i called salesman "Jose "told him what is happen.he asked me take car to them so they can looks,I told him if you don't fixed, its going to cost me $$$ towing around, then he said text me picture,so took pictures and send him, after an hour called him he didn't answer my phone keep calling no answer then he text me this ... "I did show the pictures to upper management I'm going to have one of them contact you soon" I was waiting n waiting no body contact me again call JOSE no answer but he texts me back.... I spoke to our used car manager. He told me that unfortunately the vehicle was not like that when we delivered it. we can give you a discount on parts and labor if you were to bring the vehicle here for the repair.. Again call no answer so text and ask what is price to fix ?he replied he will call me back but didn't call me back I put dealer review with my experience now JOSE called me back and started yelling me why I put negative reviews,he gave me condition delete review then he fixed car free but I have to take car to theirs shop,I agreed n took car to shop,JOSE n few other people check car and yelling n blameing me that I broke it there point was that parts is new.even I keep saying I didn't do nothing I didn't drove 20mile. Salesman Jose said take the review off otherwise don't take car off from tow truck ,we not going to touch it.i took review off partially and waiting n waiting when it's 95 degrees outside.i feel I'm going to have heatstroke so decides to go inside. Used car managers Mr.Rummer called me to talk.he and other guy they saying same things that I broke the car me or my insurance has to pay they going discount me parts n labor but still I have to pay $1000 bucks. I was there about 3/4 hours in this hot day, still have to $1000 dollars plus towing its like they playing with me.i decided to leave n I leav. I went some other repairs shop.they found car was repaired with wrong size ball joints that cousing damage the car.Suburban ford of Ferndale know it but refuge to take responsibility.blame very unfairly on me.they didn't show me any business integrity. When we go big dealer like them,we go with trust,Are they trust worthy?i fixed the car little less then$800 includes towing. More

I originally went here to test drive the truck, walked out that night driving it home. Small issue with the tail light on the truck, Dennis and Brad the sales manager made sure that was resolved. I would recommend this to friends and family. More
Exceptional Service on a Saturday! I was pleasantly surprised to find the dealership service department open on a Saturday (5/13/17) until 3 p.m. The low tire pressure light was on, so I was pleasantly surprised to find the dealership service department open on a Saturday (5/13/17) until 3 p.m. The low tire pressure light was on, so it was important for me to get air put in the tires as soon as possible. Instead, the tech discovered there was a nail in one of the tires, a real safety issue! I had them plug the tire--plus perform a needed oil change, along with tire rotation on a Ford Focus. The tech also provided a vehicle report card, which included a thorough inspection of the car--with one exception. For some reason, the wiper blades were not inspected, even though that is a promised part of the inspection. Despite that one omission, I was thoroughly please with the service--vehicle and customer-- provided by Suburban Ford of Ferndale. Kristin Walker, the Service Consultant on duty, greeted me with a smile upon my arrival. The car was brought in immediately. The reception area was stocked with hot coffee, flavored creamers and a big flat-screen TV. Darin Fogle, from New Car Sales, came over to chat with me and other customers in the reception area--and gave me his card before he left to get back to work. The cost for everything was very reasonable, with me being informed of the price of any added service before it was performed. Overall, a very pleasant experience! As a resident of northwest Detroit, I'm delighted to have this suburban dealership and its outstanding service department nearby on Woodward, just across 8 Mile Road. (PS -- I'd visited the service department twice before, when the tired pressure light came on. Both times, they added air, reset the warning light and topped off the fluids at no charge.) More

Since they bought and remodeled the place there has been a rotting pile of garbage (which we have addressed with the manager) that is STILL sitting next to the dumpster, for roughly 5 months. Their employees park up and down our street and walk back and forth in front our houses smoking and talking loudly at all hours of the day into the evening (we have single lane driveways and count on street parking). They set off car alarms and are very inconsiderate. They obviously don not care even slightly about the community in which they reside, so why would they care about their customers? I will avoid like he plague. More

Didn't perform scheduled work I scheduled an appointment to address a long over due warranty issue with my Ford Sync and a recall using their on-line appointment setting app. I ca I scheduled an appointment to address a long over due warranty issue with my Ford Sync and a recall using their on-line appointment setting app. I called the dealership 3 days prior to the appointment to confirm we were set to complete both services and that parts were on hand. The person identified as my service manager on the appointment verification email I received apparently no-longer works at the dealership and they haven't updated the tool but another service adviser assured me everything was set. I dropped the vehicle off the day of the appointment and was asked to wait in the very nice lobby/waiting area for a ride back to my home. That service was requested during the appointment set up and very much appreciated but they forgot about me and and I ended up waiting an hour for a ride. They also forgot to transfer the notes from the appointment to the write-up so the Ford Sync repair was never completed. I was told I could leave it over the weekend and they would take a look at it Monday but would likely require me to pay for the troubleshooting and tear down if required to replace the defective part. The vehicle is also in dire need a blades and brakes but neither was detected during the dealerships "thorough inspection" that specifically states it includes both. They did run the vehicle through the wash (I do appreciate the effort) but waited to do it until after I had already dealt with service and the cashier, further delaying my departure and didn't bother to dry it.
