Not only did Ms. Blaise Bailey in the service department make it right, but she made sure I drove a brand new car while they covered the cost of my repair which was also covered. Blaise was kind and so was Chris Marhofer, my salesman. I’m extremely happy my husband chose this dealership. I’m not sure if we would have gotten such great service anywhere else. 1 star service I ordered a car from the factory to be delivered to the dealership. The car was there for over a week and no one contacted me. I made multiple calls a I ordered a car from the factory to be delivered to the dealership. The car was there for over a week and no one contacted me. I made multiple calls and left VMs, emails, with no reply; even with the sales manager. Finally , the "only sales person" that could help me, returned my car. I picked the car up, but the salesperson and the sales manager offered no hospitality. I stood outside the sales manager's office for over 10 minutes and he never acknowledged me, just sat there. The salesperson handed me the keys and that was it. He did not walk me thru a checklist or show me how to operate the vehicle. What kind of dealership acts like that? None that I have ever purchased a care from. Not even a "thank you". I will say that Kamin greeted me twice and was friendly. More

Phenomenal Service and Friendly Salesman! I went in on a Saturday and I am big college football fan so Nick Burns set me up right in front of one of the big screen TVs. It was towards the end I went in on a Saturday and I am big college football fan so Nick Burns set me up right in front of one of the big screen TVs. It was towards the end of the noon games and Nick Burns grabbed the remote and put on the game I requested immediately. While Nick Burns was pricing out two trucks that best matched what I was looking for, other salesman would stop by and ask how I was doing and would strike up a quick conversation about college football. I felt like not only Nick Burns was looking out for my best interest but all the other salesman would check on me to make sure I was comfortable which made for a great experience. Nick Burns brought over two trucks and we were able to get a deal done on a great F150 that I really enjoy driving. I could not have asked for a better experience, didn't miss a play of college football, and was able to get the deal and truck that I wanted. Greatly appreciate Nick Burns as he went way above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. He was completely upfront and honest with me about what he could do and he delivered on his word. Highly recommend going to Nick Burns and I have already brought him up several times to family, friends, and co-workers that if they want to get a vehicle, they HAVE to go to Nick Burns and Suburban Ford of Ferndale! Fast Friendly Service. Blaize Bailey has always been there for me. I had two Service Visits for two different item. Each time the tow truck reached the Service department Blaize Bailey has always been there for me. I had two Service Visits for two different item. Each time the tow truck reached the Service department right at closing. Blaize happily stayed and made sure the vehicle arrived and was place in a proper place. She also check my vehicle out right at closing time as well. Each incident she updated us with next day quote and fast repair. She always has a smile and it ready to help. 5 Star, 10. best service. Best service experiance i've ever had! Over this past week I had the pleasure to have my car serviced at Suburban Ford of Ferndale. My car was at a maintenance shop prior to it's arrival a Over this past week I had the pleasure to have my car serviced at Suburban Ford of Ferndale. My car was at a maintenance shop prior to it's arrival at the Dealership. My experience at the shop was incredibly frustrating. My car was misdiagnosed from the very beginning at the first shop. The work order I was presented with totaled $560. I regrettably agreed to the work and let the shop do their thing. After the work was done, the shop discovered they misdiagnosed the problem only after realizing my car was still inoperable post repair. My car sat in their garage for 4 days until the shop manager told me it had to be taken to a certified ford mechanic for the repair!!! I then called around to a few local Ford dealers to see about getting my car serviced. All of them had a 1-2 week waiting period just to be seen! I ultimately had my car towed to Suburban Ford of Ferndale where I had the pleasure of working with their service consultant Blaize Bailey. She was the definition of "excellence in customer service". Blaize was able to get my car diagnosed and fixed in 2 days. She was beyond polite and kept me informed every step of the way. Suburban Ford of Ferndale diagnosed the problem, was able to fix the issue under and extended warranty (free!!!!), and had my car back to me running better than it ever has. They also found an issue that I had been suspecting for a while and fixed it for just 1 hour of labor. What started as the worst auto service experience of my life ultimately turned into a demonstration of service excellence. I'd like to thank Blaize Bailey and the staff at Suburban Ford of Ferndale for everything they did to get me back on the Road!!!! I will certainly return for any Service I may need in the future. More
