Brought in our 2015 Focus for issues with the screen/radio. We had purchased a warranty from another Suburban dealership when we originally bought the car. Long story short, they can fix the problem but not in the amount of time allotted by the warranty so we need to come out of our pocket more money. After a bit of back and forth with the warranty and the dealership we went ahead with the fix and they came down on the price a bit, still more than was our deductible. Once I received my car back, I gave them a bad review. Andrew the assistant manager told me if I changed my review, they would give me my money back that I paid over the deductible. Once I changed it, he ghosted me. He never answered my calls, or returns messages or refunded my money. As a matter of fact, the phones there ring constantly and no one picks up. There is no communication with what is happening to your vehicle. Since this dealership became a Suburban dealership, it went from a 10 to a 2 at best. This whole interaction stopped me from going there at all. There are too many other dealerships in my area, so I won’t settle for less. More

Kevin Maples did not file my extended warranty paperwork for an entire year. Still has not fixed it after I confronted him about it. Getting your car serviced here is like pulling teeth, the staff drag t for an entire year. Still has not fixed it after I confronted him about it. I picked up a used vehicle and upon getting ready to drive off,discovered the liftgate didn't work. Got it home a noticed I allow wheel was trashed. I live quite a distance away, so I called when I get home to discuss it with the used car Mgr. he'd give me a check for 500 for the wheel, if I took edge to dealer near me said cost would be 200 or so..well brought it BACK TO HAVE it fixed way out here. turns out 850. for liftgate,headlamp needs replaced,both nozzels were broke off,.....don't buy from this place!!!! you'll be stuck with crap!! This dealer is not to be trusted even when faced with the false statements of reps,closers,and sales manager and out right lies to the bbb and false statements to Ford Motor in Dearborn. I bought a vehicle from Suburban Ford through Driveway. I paid the dealership in full in good faith, as directed. When the vehicle arrived in Texas, it could not pass inspection, and had a lot of defects t I paid the dealership in full in good faith, as directed. When the vehicle arrived in Texas, it could not pass inspection, and had a lot of defects that were not disclosed in the transaction. I never even saw the vehicle. I was initially told that papers would be sent to me so I could get a Texas title. But the salesperson, Pat Klein, has insisted all this time that they sent me a Michigan title, which they did not. This department does not know what they're doing. Suburban Ford has been holding onto my money all these weeks and keep putting me off and won't refund me. I've tried everything I know to do, including calling the title office there and learning Michigan did not issue a title with my name, and there is no action being requested on the title. I even had to inform the dealership of this. They are doing nothing to help me. I've been told another manager would call me back two days ago and still nothing. I was told my money would be refunded. Still nothing. I've been extremely patient - too patient - and feel taken advantage of and lied to. I would not recommend this dealership to ANYONE. More

I will never again go to this dealership. I called for a service to get done. I was told it could be performed. I went as soon as I could. I went for a transmission flush was quoted a fair pr I called for a service to get done. I was told it could be performed. I went as soon as I could. I went for a transmission flush was quoted a fair price. First I was told they didnt have enough fluid for the job. Told me it would be available around noon. I said sounds good I had the day off. Then I was told after the flush my 2006 Ford Explorer will not engage into reverse after the flush. I was able to back out my driveway earlier that morning plus the technician backed out of a space into the shop back. I brought it back the next day. I left it a few days I received a call back stating the transmission failed. Now I will state I dont know anything about transmissions. I was told by a second opinion that if the car hasnt been flushed dont fool with it. I believe the dealer advisor should have recommended that not to miss with it because of the mileage. I was charged a second time after something I believe they caused by wanting to get the money transactions instead of says no you shouldnt bother it. Let me finished by saying my car was shifting into every single gear flawlessly until this service was preformed plus they said on the receipt note customer states no reverse. I didnt even know until after they flushed the transmission. I will be uploading both receipts. More
