I initially shopped online for my 300 and was responded to very quick. She was able to answer my questions and set up a test drive for me. I met Diane who went above and beyond what most dealerships would to very quick. She was able to answer my questions and set up a test drive for me. I met Diane who went above and beyond what most dealerships would do. I shopped other dealerships and none were as willing to help me as the Novi location. She explained all the cool new features of my car and even called me to see if I liked it after my purchase. This was by far one of my best investments....and a Great payment! More

I bought my car from this dealership 2010 challanger My sell rep was awesome but for the service end of it OHHHHHHHHHHHHHH my god are they terrible. I had them put on mud flaps and the left the pop rivots sell rep was awesome but for the service end of it OHHHHHHHHHHHHHH my god are they terrible. I had them put on mud flaps and the left the pop rivots hanging out of them I had to get the whole entire right side repainted because of flaking and there service dept. was so bad I ended up not taking it back to them and paying an additional 900.00 dollars of my own money to take it to someone that knows what there are doing. My girlfriend also bought a caliber from them she hasnt had her car for a month it had 3 little chips in it and the paint shop put on the wrong color of paint to cover the chips one on the rivots is coming off under the side of the door that keeps the panel on and now her heated seats don;t work and when you call them all you get is a FFFFFFFFF_____king answering machine because no one is there to answer.i WOULD NEVER RECCOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO MY WORST ENEMY More

Everyone at dealership was great & very helpful. We had an appointment and we were not kept waiting. They were able to get a vehicle for us with a good lease price on a new van even though are credit is n an appointment and we were not kept waiting. I've been disappointed with both vehicles that I've obtained from this dealer. The first was a lease so I didn't care so much that it didn't have the rear entertainment system. When I purchased the s obtained from this dealer. The first was a lease so I didn't care so much that it didn't have the rear entertainment system. When I purchased the second I was assured that the system would be installed. Although the dealer knew exactly what I wanted and what I expected, an inferior aftermarket system was installed, (glued in), that doesn't even match my interior and doesn't integrate into the factory system. The dealer assured me that they inadvertently ordered the wrong system and that they would order and install the correct system. I would avoid this dealer at all costs. At this point, I wouldn't accept a vehicle from them at any price point. More
