By chance I was surprised to see they had late night appointments (7pm, after work was no issue for them). I brought it in one day after making an appointment, it was fast and easy. Not sure why I was surprised, but the whole process was quick and efficient. While waiting for my oil change, I strolled the showroom and wasn't pounced on by sales people. Someone did say hi, I think his name was Darius, and we spoke about the new Wrangler. I told him I had a Wrangler and wanted to see the new one, but they hadn't received any from the factory yet. I liked Darius better than my own salesperson I had! haha Anyways, the dealer was so nice and i usually don't leave reviews like this but was just so impressed. I can't wait to see the new Wrangler, so I'll definitely be back. OH and thank you for the car wash! More

Overpriced!!! I showed up for an oil change, and they wanted to charge me almost $80! I had previously booked this service online, with a listed price of $58.69. I had to show the service technician the details on their own web site, in order to get my price changed. He tried to explain it was because they use synthetic oil. The wait time I've been given is 45-60 minutes - for a simple, SCHEDULED, oil change. I was charged for work that wasn't completed last time I was here, and had to have it removed from my bill I buy nothing but Chrysler brand vehicles, and thought I had found my new dealership - I won't be back again, and have to continue my search. Edit - I was contacted by the dealership, and told they would be adjusting their oil change prices, but it couldn't be done overnight. The rep told me they would follow up, once completed. I will update my review again if/when they contact me. More

Oil Change I called this morning at 8:23 am to schedule an oil change. He said yes... we service oil changes within 45 minutes. I came in at 10:45am. It's now 12:33 pm and when I arrived I was told in would take an 1 1/2 hours to complete. I again asked, are you sure because I have to leave in 1 1/2 hours. I was again told yes. It's 2.5 hours later and they're just pulling me. I've which people in come in after me and we're finished before me. This is ridiculous and I will NEVER RETURN . More
