The service here is terrible. They are always short-staffed on technicians. It takes weeks to get an appointment. Recently, they had my car for a couple of weeks, saying that the part they needed was held up in Mexico. I went into the office only to find out that the part had arrived a week before. I've had to bring my vehicle in multiple times to address the same issue. The first time they misdiagnosed it, they fixed the wrong issue. The second time, they claimed to fix it, only to find out that the problem still existed the next day. It won't be long before I sell this car and move on from Jeep. More
This place has gone downhill fast in service the last couple of years. Service people have called my husband 5 times for this service call alone despite being told to call me (wife) for MY Jeep, and this couple of years. Service people have called my husband 5 times for this service call alone despite being told to call me (wife) for MY Jeep, and this has happened about 30 times overall since coming to this dealership for service the last few years, so apparently they think he (software engineer but with a d*xx) is the better person to talk to even though I (automotive journalist, no d*xx) need to approve repairs, which they went ahead with with NO APPROVAL on most recent updated level of repairs they didn't communicate the car needed. Repeatedly mixed up car appointments with my husband's since both were in for service recently for a Wrangler (different size, color, year, accounts) but didn't offer a loaner, didn't follow up, got mad (twice, different people) when I called to find out what was happening, left my car in the service bay for a whole week without telling me when I told them it was causing hardship due to disabilities in the family making mobility challenging, and charged me $2400 instead of original quote of $500 for a repair it didn't even need until I brought it in for maintenance the first time (it left making a terrible noise it didn't make when I brought it in, which was first allegedly just bushings, then ball joints, then tie rod and adjuster sleeve and several other parts they either declined to tell me about or are just charging me extra for nothing since the price went up another $700 since last estimate with no listed changes to service plans). I'm also allergic to their waiting room and only one service employee cares it's life threatening to wait for my car and even told me to come back tomorrow to drop it off when I was already there dropping it off while they were open, which made zero sense unless he just wanted to go home early. Super fun. Maybe next time they could just impale me with the axle and get it over with. At least then they would be addressing me directly. More

I even called the general manager and still, no return phone call. After the third, week I finally went to the dealership, and they told me my car was ready. Ready? And you don't contact me! No calls, no communication, only a bunch of excuses from the general manager and folks in the service shop. Customer service is very important to me. I choose dealerships based on customer service. This was my second time purchasing a vehicle from this place. No issues the first time, but that was some time ago. I will never purchase another vehicle from here again. When I went in to find out what was going on, Tom was very apologetic and I appreciated him assisting me. More

Anyway, on Monday with a promise to be looked at in the next couple of days as first in- first out concept since appointment does not guarantee that it will be looked at by then. I even asked him clearly, so what's the point of making an appointment if it's still put on 1st come, first serve cue???!!. Friday, I got a call with the diagnoses, 2 issues, one to replace the active air dam(Covered in the Warranted) and replacing a corroded speed sensor wire, NOT PART OF THE WIRE HARNESS, $585. I declined the service to the wire. Jordan indicated that the technician requested a new part that would be received Monday even though he said they did have it in stock. Anyhow, after multiple times waiting on hold, he returned saying he couldn't get hold of the mechanic or the part person as they left. That was around 4:15 pm. He also indicated that even if the part arrived Monday, he wasn't sure if the mechanic would get to it Monday or Tuesday. I told him that I would come to pick up the truck on Saturday and that I'd expect a phone call from him on Monday to bring it on Monday or Tuesday. I called the dealership to request a ride to pick up my truck, but they said there was no paperwork with my truck as they couldn't find it and that Jordan was off. After going back and forth, I requested a loaner to run my errands and other commitments with my son's soccer games. Unfortunately, they could careless, They suggested me to get a rental which did not cover for it, and I'll be paying out of my pocket. I requested to speak to the service manager, but he also was not there; the dealership GM was not there either, and neither was anyone with authority, none. I asked the lady to have Jordan call me as soon as he arrived at the dealership. 9:10 I'm calling several times, and no one is answering. I called the sales and requested to be transferred and oppaaa I'm speaking to someone there. Anyway, I asked to speak to Jordan, The same lady I spoke to on Saturday said he was busy with a customer, I requested to speak to the service manager. She said he was available and would put me on hold to breve him of the situation, I requested to be present during the briefing but she refused and said she will put me on hold to transfer me. After 7 minutes on hold she came back saying he was also busy with a customer and he would call me as soon as he is free. As 2 hours and 2 minutes passed by I'm writing this review and still didn't receive any call from anyone regarding my truck. This dealership used to be good a few years ago; however, every time I go there for a service or a recall, I see new people with nasty attitudes and unprofessional. I will not be going there even if I have to walk. More

I had my car towed there on Monday afternoon because I had an appointment the next day for brakes and my car wouldn’t start. I called them. I have struggled to reach them via phone and when I finally did they said they didn’t have enough techs to assess my vehicle since it wouldn’t start and that is more complicated. I explained that I had a brake appointment but they said that didn’t matter now that my car wouldn’t start. When they finally assessed it(four days later) I was told it’s the brakes and the battery. Which I already knew and am confused how that couldn’t be done with basic diagnostics. It’s now Friday and i do not have my car back yet. I have reached out to them every day via phone to never get an answer. I’ve called the phone number they gave me for their direct line as well as the general service line. No one answers. More

Thank you for the honest appraisal and the good job of fixing my brakes. We visited your shop after years of being a loyal customer of a competitor. We expected the long wait like everywhere else these fixing my brakes. We visited your shop after years of being a loyal customer of a competitor. We expected the long wait like everywhere else these days. When we delivered our Jeep the service crew got right to the problem. Tim kept us appraised of progress each day. Your technicians worked fast and got our Jeep back on the 3rd day. This is the first time in a long time we have had friendly treatment and competent employees. I hate to call your dealership a service business. The term doesn’t reflect the gravity of the job. Your maintenance guys have dirty yet highly technical jobs. Yet they have good humor and do good work. I normally do not let others wash my car, even the carwash was great. Keeping the upbeat atmosphere of Suburban’s maintenance department is good management. Please congratulate Tim and the others in your service department as they are key in this upbeat atmosphere. More
