So Impressed! It is obvious that Suburban Chevrolet is dedicated to it's customers and committed to quality service. Express Service I had an express service appointment for an oil change and it still took over an hour for the work to be done. When I got my invoice they did not ap I had an express service appointment for an oil change and it still took over an hour for the work to be done. When I got my invoice they did not apply a coupon I gave when checking in. I wouldn't call their service express. Disappointed. More

I'd never purchase from Suburban again Our car was in to suburban Chev at least every other month for issues. We got tired of continuously bringing the car in when it was a 30 mile drive on Our car was in to suburban Chev at least every other month for issues. We got tired of continuously bringing the car in when it was a 30 mile drive one way. After speaking with Dan Jackson about having them cover part of the fuel for having driven down there on 15 different occasions, his response was "that's part of owning a car". If we had bought a 1980's vehicle I would agree. But between 16,000 miles and 28,122 miles when we traded it at a different dealership. The vehicle was in the possession of suburban chev trying to figure it out (it sat in the back lot for a lot of the time) for more than 2 months of the 12 month span. More

Great customer service After using several different Chevrolet Service Centers in the area, I finally found a Team that knows something about Customer Service. My experience After using several different Chevrolet Service Centers in the area, I finally found a Team that knows something about Customer Service. My experience with the Suburban's service department over the last 6 years has been excellent. Suburban's sales department could use some lessons from these guys on what Customer Service really means, because until they do, I will purchase my vehicles from someone else but bring all service work to Suburban's Service Team. More
