Took 2. 5 hours for oil change, tire rotation and cabin air filter. Was told no more than 1.5 hours. After waiting 2 hours had to find service rep to determin 5 hours for oil change, tire rotation and cabin air filter. Was told no more than 1.5 hours. After waiting 2 hours had to find service rep to determine status. Told at least another half hour. Went back to pay in advance of completion. Rep left w/o telling me. Other reps had no clue what was going on. Could not find paper work. Finally finished in a rush as I was now late for another appointment. Realized at home the 10% discounts I showed the rep initially were not applied and then had to call to be corrected. Just bad service. Have now decided to switch to Lenzen. More

I was having some intermittent problems with my Chevy, and upon entering my VIN at GM's online warranty tracker I saw the issue was covered by a special coverage warranty extension. I mentioned this when I set up an appointment at Suburban, and I mentioned it when I dropped off the car. Several hours later I got a voice mail from Andrew. He stated that they reset the error codes and all was good so I could pick up the car. I tried calling back the number he left, and it went into a voice mail with someone else's name, and no mention of Chevrolet or any company name. I wasn't sure if Andrew had given me the correct number or not. I tried several times, no answer. I tried calling Suburban Chevrolet several times, no answer. Finally I drove to talk to Andrew directly and found 5 guys sitting around shooting the breeze and not answering calls. Andrew said there was nothing he could do, they couldn't reproduce the problem. I asked him to look up the special coverage bulletin (and provided him the number) and he said he couldn't do that since he couldn't reproduce the problem. And he did me the "favor" of reducing the $150 diagnostic fee to $100. When I got home I called GM, and they said there was no need to reproduce the problem, that my vehicle was covered by the Special Coverage and that GM would pay for the fix. I will not go back to Suburban for that. More
Had an alignment done by Suburban Chevy. Had service at another dealer and they found a tie rod nut had not been tightened. They did correct there work and make it right but im not taking any chances with my family More
DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I cannot stress this enough! I would absolutely rate this dealership a zero if this website let me. Not only was our van conveniently out of camera range (yes they have had cars stolen from their lot several times), but the real kicker is that the repairman TOOK OUR KEYS HOME!!!!!! Who knows what could have happened to the keys over the weekend! Absolutely unacceptable. Terrible, terrible service and accountability. Our priceless van that has taken our family all over the country for 15+ years is now gone forever, probably taken to a chop shop. All thanks to Suburban Chevrolet. Not only are we without a vehicle, we are grieving a car that felt like a part of the family. It was a legend it my family, and now it is just a memory. This should never have happened, and they should have taken higher precautions. Your car is NOT SAFE here at this dealership and with its moronic employees. Save yourself the time, money, and possible safety risk and go somewhere else. More
Asked how much a coolant flush was and forgot the last time I had my car in they had done that. This is the only place that has serviced my car.
